Why Sanam nudged Aahil's hand??

I loved the scene ...but don't understand why would she do that...clearly it appeared deliberate

If I was in sanam's place, and I had all those moments of closeness they had, like every time he's just mesmerized by her and she also sees that too and him saving her and his changed behavior, I would've known that he likes me or something, and of course Aahil being so hot and loving I would've already said I Love you to him 😳 lol. like sanam is acting too naive, like she has no idea what so ever. The story is going as any other typical dramas. The hero drooling over the actress trying to express his feeling and the actress acts like she doesn't know whats going on

For Aahil she is a perfect match...Looking forward to their love story..
