no Zainab didn't know... but she has a little doubt after reading newspaper article... but she doesn't know that Zoya has lost memory so she feels Zoya would tell if there was anyone else in her life... if she knew about her memory loss she would have really suspected that Zoya and Asad had something and Zoya has forgotten about it and that is the reason why she agreed to marry Ayaan.
