Exactly my POV too, Story and character sketch is very important, QH2 is very weak.. so actors can not do any wonders, if the story is bad.. Sanam is very poorly written character and overall she did not even had any time to prepare, its not easy to prepare different character in the same show.. Anyway I do not think QH2 will survive for long.. I really hope she gets good opportunities soon.. Girl is very talented..

agree with u. I hope QH2 ends soon and Surbhi gets more better shows and characters soon in future. She was just amazing as zoya. I usually dont watch shows. I also start watching QH only for zoya and then fell in love with asya. Coming to sanam she is just like other shows heroines. A abla nari kismat ki mari type character. And what i guess sanam soon going to be a bahu mode like other shows. Surbhi is a very talented actress and i think her talent get wasted now

Debatable topic. I am a huge fan of her or may be I can say the character Zoya and expressive face made me a fan of her. I wouldn't say she is a amazing outstanding actress all time but in few scenes she does stand out. Many didn't like Zoya, many found her OTT, but I totally loved Zoya and Zoya as a character is OTT, just like many young ladies who are drama queens in real world, so Zoya was/is very likable, lovable, relatable to me. About Surbhi's expressions, I like all of them, for me the character Sanam itself is kinda thanda, except for few scenes the character lacks that spirit, fire, it's just a ordinary, normal girl next door kind of character and so far Surbhi is playing it fine with a little hitch in the eye-locking scenes with Ahil. I am not liking her hairstyle in this season. I have watched and tried watching many serials on TV and to be very honest Surbhi comes across better actress in terms expressions and dialogue delivery. By that I don't mean to say she is a wonderful actress, she has her weaker sections like the romantic eye-lockings, passionate expressions sometimes turn out be orgasmic, but she is really wonderful when it comes to drama and mouthing lengthy dialogues with a proper voice modulation.

Everytime i see such a topis arise on surbhis acting, im quick to respond because everyone will get an honest non biased answer from me on it seeing as when i first started this show i did not loke surbhis acting one bit. It may have been cause she was new to me and i wasnt used to her or her style. Then qh progressed and surbhi became more and more polished and refined as an actress and today i find her to be top notch and one of the best this industry has today. That isnt to say she doesnt have flaws. She does go a little bit over the top with some scenes she used to in season 1 at least. So i can see why you feel this way. Im sure you must have seen one of her not so good performances. But all actors and actresses have stregnths and weaknesses. Including her. Doesnt make her a bad actress. Just means she has someyhing to work on. That and also everyome has their own likes and dislikes so your not obligated to like her. You may prefer another type of actress and to each his own for that. :)

i too think that zoya character suited surbhi really well ..
because she is struggling real hard for portraying sanam ...
the fact is that this is the reason why i stopped watching qh ...

i think surbhi is a wonderful actress...
she portrayed zoya amazinglyy and now is doing a fantastic job as sanam..
soo i totallyy disagree with u..
i read manyy comments and i think that in the dori scene she gave her best... who will be happy if a guy who ruined her life like almost is opening her dori that is too wen he is intoxicated.. wow..
one more thing she is an amazing actress and is 100 times better than many other Gul's actresses...
and as Sanam yes something is a miss i agree with that.. but that is just bcox her character is not written properlyy still she is doing her best and has smoothlyy shifted from zoya to sanam..
and i started watching QH just because of Zoya.. i just loved her character like hell.. i watched a clip of her on a Pakistani channel and then decided to see wat is in this drama and it became my fave serial..
AsYa were magical.. Loved karan and surbhi both..
no one can do sanam or zoya except surbhi..
i am a hugeee fan of hers and i think she is better than many others...

just an opinion.. hope i dont get bashed..!

I am a happy viewer - SJ as Sanam is doing a decent job and I like her character a lot more...she is subtle and very natural at her role. I like it as she is not over the top. Zoya as a completely different character and often SJ had to overact. SJ will go far...she is one of the most talented actresses on screen and I am looking forward to seeing her get her break in Indian films.
