Yes he did and that too all of them although the show was on LifeOk and didnt have that great ratings compared to IPK and other shows on SP. I honestly dont find it wannabe-ish maybe cause I am used to seeing him speak like that, so I dont find it unnatural. I guess its all subjective.

Coming back to Surbhi I dont remember the last time I saw an actress do so well in their very first show (I am talking about mainstream ones only) and in that dori scene she emoted well. Did people expect her to give romantic expressions?🤔

Surbhi as an actress has come a long way in this nearly 2 years of working in QH, she has learnt and improved a lot in this time. Her USP is her talent in emoting emotional scenes, her comic timing is amazing, Her voice modulation and dialogue delivery are just superb. She has an awesome ability to remember long difficult dialogues in one go and rendering them with such conviction. And yes she has her flaws too but then which actor/actress doesn't? They all learn to work around it with experience...
Coming to the characters... Zoya was a character along with all the characters of QH1, that was well developed and written. The actors had workshops to prepare and get into the skin of the character. And Surbhi owned Zoya. QH2 started off without a strong foundation, For Surbhi it was an abrupt jump but yet she managed to ease into the character slowly that now we don't see Zoya in her but Sanam but yes the character Sanam is not well written but yet Surbhi has excelled in many scenes as mentioned before by others. Right now QH2 has just the leads to bank on and that surely is not enough ...

That's my question also. What we expect from Sanam to give romantic expressions and enjoy when a random guy is opening her dori. 🥱

Yes and that too Aahil who she actually dislikes. Besides Sanam is really conservative and prefers arranged marriage.

I can't say I have watched this show obssessively..I haven't even watched all the episodes but I have seen enough I think..her range of expressions is pretty impressive to me.But yes intense scenes are certainly her forte, there is something touching about her crying that makes me go 'awww zoya' even if there is some hamming involved!

I think Surbhi played Zoya to perfection, Asya are my fav characters on TV, they were the best, and she was amazing as Zoya, her own style and not to forget her first show too. She is improving day by day. I also kind of agree that she needs to work on her emotional scenes, some times I feel she gets little awkward with her romantic scenes.. About QH2, with Sanam, she still needs time, I kind of agree that somehow she is not that good as Sanam, it could be because of the weak character sketch, QH2 story is extremely weak, I just can not connect with this show anymore,side actors are all cheap and expression less, the overall look and feel is cheap, Sorry but I truly feel QH 1 was classy and elegant, with awesome story, yes later it was horrible but when it started it was awesome, beautiful story and direction.. Actors were amazing , pretty much everyone did an awesome job..This show is totally weird, I just watch it as I am used to it, but I just can not connect with it anymore, it has become just like any other show, this does not look like Gul Khan show. and yes SJ is also little weak with her expressions, we can not completely blame her, when the story is bad actors can not help..Zoya and Sanam are pretty close and she did not get enough time to prepare for the character.

In my opinion, she is the finest actress, i have ever seen in tellywood!
