Hey, thanks a lot for taking time to read the story in one go and I am very glad that you liked it.

Yes, Asad has less space in this story because this is mainly Zoya's story and also there are many other characters fighting for space. Asad stays in background but his presence is felt, IMHO.

The title doesn't mean actual proposal. It is a spoof on 'Man Proposes, God Disposes' and no I am no way equating Asad with God. He is not. It is a comic take on the famous quote.

I will update next part in a day or two.

Aah...adaptation of P & P - I have to very politely say no. The reason being that I like to be very true to Asad and Zoya's characters from QH. The reason that I started writing this story is because I found Asad and Zoya in Emma and Mr Knightley. Zoya is no Elizabeth in my opinion. Asad has shades of Mr Darcy, but Asad and Zoya 's relationship is similar to Emma and Mr Knightely. Again my opinions but very strong ones. So, no..no P & P adaptation. But now you sound like a Jane fan - so a little tidbit for you. Have you read S & S? It is my favorite Austen novel with Persuasion. And, I have thought about adapting Marianne-Willoughby-Colonel Brandon's story for Zoya-Ayaan and Asad. And, there I won't be as truthful to the plot as I have been in Emma adaptation. It is just a thought! And, if ever materializes, it will have to wait, because I have three different story ideas that are fighting in my head which will see the light of the day after this story ends and this story is in the last phase as you already know.

See...I am confused about what to include in the next chapter. Everyone is missing Asad badly and he is not fitting well in the flow of the story so I am tweaking things and it is taking time. Soon..soon...though
