Chapter 33 Wish #2The next morning, Sanam waited for Aahil in the living room again. He arrived, holding the chit in his hand. Sanam smiled, seeing him. "Ready?" Sanam asked.
"Of course. But I go first today."
"Fine."
Aahil opened the chit and read, "My second wish...is that my lover will dance to a Madhuri Dixit song." Sanam's eyes beamed. "Me?! Dance?! That too on a Madhuri Dixit song?!" Sanam asked.
"Yes! You see...I'm a big Madhuri fan! So you have to do it!"
"Fine. Time for yours."
"I'm ready."
Sanam opened her chit and read, "My second wish...is that my lover will ride a bike hero style and take me on it around the town."
"Bike?! I don't have one!"
"You'll have to figure it out. Good luck."
Sanam left from the living room while Aahil stood, stressed out. "Where will I get a bike?!" Aahil asked. Just then, Aahil saw Rehan passing by. "Rehan!" he called out.
"Yes, bhaijaan?"
"Are you going out?"
"Yes. Why?"
"Can I come along?"
"For what?"
"I need a bike."
"Bike? Why?"
"Less questions! I just need one!"
"Okay. There's a motor bike shop nearby."
"Great. Let's go."
On the other hand, Sanam was having her own dilema. "I know nothing about dance. I learned a little bit of kathak and Bollywood as a kid. But nothing other than that. And I have to fulfill this wish," Sanam said to someone as she sat in another person's room. "That's why I came to you." The person who Sanam was talking to turned around. It was...Latif!
"You made a wise choice," Latif smiled. "Lucky for you,..I'm an expert dancer! We'll start with the basics!" Latif turned on music on the radio and began demonstrating for Sanam. Latif helped Sanam sway along to multiple Madhuri Dixit songs. After a while, Sanam actually began to get the hang of things.
After Sanam finished dancing for two hours, she came down to the living room where she heard the sound of a motor. She was confused. She turned around and her mouth dropped wide open as she saw Aahil ride a motorcycle into the living room like a hero making an entry in a Bollywood movie. He wore black shades, a black shirt, and blue jeans to go with the look. He stopped right near Sanam and said, "Mrs. Ibrahim...would you like a ride?"
Sanam smiled. "Yes!" she exclaimed. Sanam got on the back of the bike behind Aahil and held onto him as he rode out of the house and into the streets. Sanam smiled throughout the ride, having fun with Aahil by her. They came home after an hour, and Aahil headed up to his room to change. I should start the dance!
Sanam exclaimed.
While Aahil was in the bathroom of the bedroom, Sanam got ready, dressed in a purple ghagra choli. She got her radio set up and turned on the disco ball in the room. As soon as Aahil stepped out of the bathroom, he was stunned to see Sanam standing in the radiance of the disco ball, smiling. She turned on the radio and began her dance on the song Are Are from Dil Toh Pagal Hai. As the female chorus began, she started dancing around Aahil, having fun as Aahil watched her with pleasure. When the song got to the male chorus, Aahil took her by her hand and began dancing with her to her surprise. As they danced, she could feel a spark between her and Aahil as he did as well. The music stopped and they stopped with Aahil holding her around her waist and her hand. He looked at her with a passionate face.
