Rashid who noticed this finally let out his anger. He held Asad by his collar and shouted "Get out of our sight this very second otherwise not even God can save you."

Asad who was expecting that sooner or later this would come just calmly replied "I won't leave, abbu."

"Abbu! Don't you dare call me that" shouted Rashid whose anger was increasing with Asad's stubbornness.

Asad with tears in his eyes said "I know it is too late but I am sorry for all that I did. I am ready to do anything to convince you about my honesty now."

"I want nothing to do with you" said Rashid pushing Asad out of the door.

"Stop" shouted Zoya who had been witnessing all this.

"Ayaan, Rashid sir and Humeira will keep an eye on Asad. Najma should do all research regarding the bombs and suspects. Nikhat will check all official records to find their whereabouts. Nuzzhat will get their sketches with various disguises made and distributed throughout the entire world. Asad will help you all in this work" instructed Zoya.

Dilshad smiled and asked "Nothing for me?"

"You won't leave me alone till I recover so how can you do something else" said Zoya.

"I love my job" said Ayaan with a smirk.

Zoya who knew Ayaan well said "And no violence."

"Zoya, Can we talk?" asked Asad with hesitance.

"What is it?" shot back Zoya.

Asad started "I wanted to apologize to you for all I did and that I lo..."

"You need not to. I know I was just a pawn in your plan. You are an extremely good player. But if you are here to get my forgiveness then I am extremely sorry. I have learnt that if a person betrays you once it's their fault but if the same one does it again then it's yours. Plus the person who you should actually ask for forgiveness is Dilshad phoophi. You broke her totally after all even before you were born she has been fighting against death for you" said Zoya without taking a single breath.

Ayaan entered to room to see Asad there and said "Leave! Now!"

Asad left without a word.

Asad heard everything and just placed his head on Dilshad's lap and wept.

"Love doesn't come that easily. You need to fight for it. I have seen love for Zoya in your eyes. She is angry and hurt but you don't give up" instructed Dilshad.

Asad said "I won't ammi. I'll fight for our love even against death."

Asad held Zoya's hands with his and started "I won't say what I did was not a mistake as I had done it intentionally. I won't say I couldn't think straight as that is no excuse. I won't say it happened because I was brainwashed as that was my stupidity."

"What would you say then?" asked Zoya softy.

Asad with tears in his eyes replied "I would just say that you mean the world to me. Loving you is all I want to do now. I know it will not be easy for you to trust me but all I need is a chance to prove myself. Please don't separate me from you because if you do so then I'll die..."

Zoya on hearing this removes one of her hands from Asad's grip and places it on his lips. She then says "Don't ever say that you'll die because if that happens I'll be just a soul living with no heart as my heart beats only for you."

Zoya then pulls Asad into a tight hug leaving no space between them. Asad hugs her back with equal passion.

Nuzzhat shoved some pictures into Asad's face and questioned "Do you recognize him?"

Asad looked at the photos and was quickly able to recognize the person. He said "This is Raghu. He is Ghafoor and Razia's right man."

"Must be left because you were the right' one" commented Ayaan.

"You will be needed her. Take out Raghu's tooth if he doesn't cooperate. And for help I am taking Asad with me" announced Zoya.

"Asad! No ways" retorted Ayaan as Zoya's words sank into him.

Zoya gave a stern reply "Ayaan, I am leading this case and I know what I am doing."

With this without any further discussion Zoya left the room leaving Ayaan to simply gape at her.
