I think the way they keep delaying Asad and Zoya's suhaagraat is quite stupid. They've been married for what, two weeks now and they seem to keep their hands off each other more now than they did before they got married. I find it so weird how every time they seem to get close, Tanveer drops a new note and Zoya starts moping again. I get it, she's been wanting to meet her Abbu for a long time and she's almost there, but moping every time you get a note isn't going to help. Delaying the SR is probably the CV's way of preparing everyone for another separation. I really hope that isn't the case but I guess we just have to wait and see. Frankly stretching this so much is getting really stupid, no couple who love each other as much as AsYa do would spend so much time moping around, and the Walima has also been delayed when it is an event that takes place the day after the Nikkah.

You are 100% right TM!! I sometimes question what is so 'Islamic' about this show😡 They portray muslims as narrow-minded, judgemental old traditionalists but that's not even my main issue. Just an Islamic factoid... YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE A SUHAAG RAAT TO HAVE A WALEEMAH. All that's required is that the husband and wife spend time alone in the same room after Nikaah. What they do in that time is irrelevant... They could be playing scrabble or gossiping about the neighbourhood aunties for all I care... But it still qualifies for a Waleemah😡 If they want to portray Islam, even if you can't get it right... At least respect our religion and culture... The Zoyaan Track was not just a joke, it was insulting and this delay in Suhaag Raat and Waleemah is unnecessary.
And also... how can an almost 30 year old male survive without IT for so long??? Where is the realism? If the delayed the SR for a reason I'd understand... Like extenuating circumstances... This is just nonsense.😡 Looks like by the time we have a SR there'll be a new Asad...

They're just delaying it for some sort of intensity and not physical separation I guess. It's just to give that feel of how something's not complete. I believe AsYa can't keep their hands off each other NOW. They certainly never got so close before the Nikaah.

I just think the SR should not happen SM. It should be out of the house somewhere more romantic or unorthodox.

Extremely stupid to delay the SR and causing uneasiness with silly interruptions and Zoya's Abbu cry. QH can retain viewers if they go ahead with drama without showing explicit SR as it would imply they had it as they are married. Instead of focusing on the main plot they are showing that SR is not done with explicit scenes with silly reasons, which is getting distasteful now.
Seperation and drama of a consummated couple can still pull TRPs if executed well but ignoring the main plot and focusing on silly scenes to show delay in SR won't hold interest in the long run.
