I think that Nikat was not sent to asylum in the first place, all that drama was to fool Najma. Nikat was hidden somewhere in QM itself and she tried to escape before getting caught by the Trio.

Nuzzat really does not matter in the show. Poor girl, but true story.

1. HAIRA's Hotel room is none but Asad's room in KM with changed decor.

2. ASYA's SR room was Zoya's bedroom in KM including the bed.

If you think about it, Asad and Zoya DID spend the first night in KV! 😆😆
