Never question the logic and mathematics in hindi serials. The last thing you want is a migraine. It's fiction...let's just call it creative license...

The real question about Nikhat is why did she go yo QM in the first place. Her maayka is in the same city and definitely safer than the house and people who made sure that u went crazy.



And there are only two places in agra that are famous. Now for sure the nikah cannot be at the pagal khana so by logical deduction the large land beside Taj was narrowed down on.
