Noe I'm completely fine with the pace at which your story is moving! Don't at all feel pressured into rushing your story, it is little moments such as this that makes me that more a lover, of reading. The ability of you capturing my still fluttering heart * Asad going Huh?* is a talent not many has. Not many.
I love the airport scene too! Zoya jumping our of the car just so she could try to get him a ticket. And him holding her arm to stop her and later her shoulder pushing her gently to go. Oh goodness the emotions one is filled with saying goodbye to a closed one at the airport.
Oh and I love Anwar!
Nice touch with the whole Jeeju trying to fit in at the back with Abbu and Zoya!
Oh and Zoya trying to gain Asad's attention when he had to listen to her Abbu talk about leaves and roots and branches perhaps. And when she said He's stubborn stubborn stubborn.
That brings me back to my first line.
