😭hi , i was searching for ff in which zoya is pregnant , she leaves the house , after 1 year asad found zoya where zoya had told asad that she has a miscarridge but it was not so .. please someone help me out😭

no dear its not that one . i was talking about ff in which zoya leaves the house goes to new york she is satying with her friend and pregnant too and when asad confronts zoya she tells asad that she has lost her baby but actually she delivered
