You are right sona, but the montage changes overnight. More than phone calls, that adds weight to the quitting. From being centre stage to disappearance in montage clearly suggests it is not sudden.

ANyways will have to wait for an official word from either the actor or PH or channel.

But if true, then both the channel and the actor have killed the goose that laid the golden eggs for them.
