Worth every second of the wait. Definitely kept me at the edge of my seat! Such a compelling read!

Favourite part, the cab scene. Him sleeping, she watching. And then. Hmmm.

Also am intrigued, why was he drinking? He hasn't been for bit. What led to that? Had it anything to do with Zoya and her first job interview? He did take a second to ponder upon her confession. Hmmm.

Thank you for updating! And yes, congratulations on the new thread! Needless to say, am waiting super eagerly for the next part.

You got me good with that one!

And the update was so good! I loved Asad-Zoya breakfast interaction. And Asad is slowly and very subtly letting her in and growing closer to her.

Zoya has a job! Good for her! She gets to write her own column! How great is that? She gets to ramble and write what her heart tells her. Fantastic!

Asad's past.

Oh dear! Now that's some heavy past. Poor Asad, such a hard life and it never got easier.

"He was and is alone."

This one line hit me so powerfully. You presented the past in such a nice way. I loved Farida and Zoya's little meeting. You describe Zoya as such a beautiful and strong person. I love her monologues and inner thoughts.

She feel asleep next to him? Why do I have a feeling that a hungover Asad is not going to take that very nicely?

Great update and I am loving this story more and more with every update!
