i agree with u...
for asad it is always dilshad...
even as a child... he was pampared by both his parents... but given an option he choose his mom over his dad...
. he didnt want zoya in his house on day one...but accepted bcoz his mom said...
agreed for rashid visit to his home.. bcpz his mom wanted..
went to rashid house... bcoz his mom would have wanted rashid by her death bed,,,,,,,,

didnt speak to ayaan for a while... bcoz his mom wanted...

went against everyone... even his mom in rashid case... bcoz he beleived rashid tried to kill his mom.. based on the eveidence he saw...

though loved zoya... but he never expressed it... agreed to marry bcoz his mom wanted.

if his mom chose tanveer he would have definetly married her.

poor zoya... when he said that they will get married in NY... ans when she questioned...him.. he said...his happiness went with his mom... so that means... he wont be happy ever again...

asad is completely hurt... bcoz he always choose his mom... adored her... and she left him... that is the end point... he doesnt want to know the reason behind her action...
she left me... when i was always there for her...

now she ask him to stay back... he stays back......

for asad... his mom is his god...

what abt ...zoya...

for zoya...it is always asad...
she decided to go NY with him... leaving her abbu search incomplete...

but then decides... he will be incomplete without his mom... she does everything for him...
asad is letting down... zoya... everytime...

for dilshad...is it rashid...

may be 80%... i kept waiting for him... always...
ready to forgive him...always...

for haider... it is zoya...

haider and zoya are sharing a deep connection...
he is here to avenge zoya mom death...
whatever the relation... i think he is going to stand by zoya... i really want someone to stand for zoya... throughout she is standing alone in the serial... asad is there...but something is missing...

hope haider...fills in... as a friend or a brother... but i want someone to support her...

But then I am not defending his trading...when Zoya accepted the shit he threw at her..she became equal party...I only refuse to blame him alone...I am talking about yesterday only...I am talking only about yesterday's episode...there is a reason I quit when Muqaddar ka khel happened..it did not agree with my sensibilities...and since I did not see it, it doesn't hurt me...simple...😊

I am just surprised the way Asad's character is defended here in this forum where on the contrary his behavior or I should say previous behaviors depicts the characterization of an abuser. Yet, there are numerous ppl supporting Asad but criticizing Ayaan whereas Ayaan actually never hit Humeira. I find it do hypocritical. Don't you think?

Relationship is always about both parties; communication is still missing in their relationship...sad but true...😭

really true...

first... he shouts at her,,,,,,,,,
then she shouts at the end...
then runs behind him...
as a adult... why cant he share his pain with her,... put his head on her lap... and cry it out... how he feels...
and why cant she push him.. to open up... he goes out...she is standing there watching him...

totally sad but true...

I am an American and New Yorker too but I believe strong women exist all over the world not just confined to a country. I do travel due to work and do have family around the world and did see regressive and progressive women co existing in both developed and third world countries. All I am saying is that we do have all types of women/ people ( regressive and progressive) across the globe, percentages may vary but stereo typing people or women based on their location may not be fair or true. You are entitled to your opinion and I respectfully agree to disagree that progressiveness or regressiveness is defined by location of an individual.

I don't defend anyone in particular and I talk only for myself...I have made a lot of Asad bashing post when it was required...and the slap and the trading is all past...if we keep bringing that up..we will never be able to get over the bias against Asad...if one is hell bent on proving him wrong...how do I argue...he was wrong when he slapped her..wrong when he forced her...and u are in ASR fan as per what u said...but I know ASR threw Khushi off the first floor...sorry dude...ASR to me was sick...and Asad is miles ahead...If u have to hold his previous behavior against him...this argument is totally pointless...I judge people from how they got better...not for what they were...😊...

Asad is defended Bcoz he apologizes for what he has done ! If he is wrong he gets bashed ! As for criticizing ayaan and the diff between asad .. Ayaan left humeira without an explanation he just left ! Asad gave zoya the option of leaving with him ! She refused and told him to go alone ! She made her decision and asad accepted it ! As for asad listening to his mother over zoya .. Well didn't zoya do the same thing .. She knew asad would be upset over Dilshaad leaving - yet she encouraged her .. Wasn't she choosing Dilshaad over Asad !

I never said anything about any particular geographical region though...but yes in general women here are more aware and open to things. I don't like stereotyping either. Zoya being portrayed as a newyorker is a mis portrayal in every possible sense...her attire, her accent, her views.

It is not Asya love that is on the altar, but a mother-son love and father-son hatred.
Asad was leaving bcoz of his mom and stayed back bcoz of her only. The question of his prioritizing his mom over Zoya does not arise. And even if it arises, the answer will be 'Asad is right in prioritizing his mom'.

Every person's (man/woman) first priority should be their parents (mom in case of Asad).
Asad's decision doesn't diminish his love for Zoya in anyway. There is no yardstick for love. You can't arrange the people you love in increasing or decreasing order of love.

There was fight, one made a wrong decision in anger, the other said harsh words in desperation. But that doesn't put a question mark on either's love for each other.

After 13 years of marriage, I can vouch that men will always prioritize their mother over their wives. I had a problem with this initially, but after my kids, I realized that this is how it should be.

Men are poor souls - If they put their mothers ahead, they are maa ka pallu wala lallu
and if they put their wives ahead, they are jhoru ka ghulam.
