What I love about your writing primarily is the mystery/ adventure element. There are plenty romantic FF writers and several do a great job. My first love is mystery and hence your stories are a major draw for me!! Thank you for these wonderful stories!

Me, too! I'm SO going to struggle with my next story since it will be heavy on the romance. I hope I don't screw it up!

Chapter 10:

I loved the Asad and Zoya bonding, esp: She sighs and leans forward so that their foreheads touch. "You said you'd support me."
His arm tightens, going from her waist to the middle of her back. "Do you want me to make breakfast?"
She laughs, low and intimate. "You would do that for me?"
"I don't think there's anything I wouldn't do for you." His voice is light but his eyes are dark and serious.. Lovely!! 👏

Zoya's confusion about the "sleeping" arrangement was hilarious. 😆

I didn't write about their 'morning after' because I want to focus on the action and not their romance. But Asad couldn't go back to being cold and distant, not when he wakes up to the proof that Zoya nearly died for him! To do so would be an insult to her and the love he knows he has for her. Something HAD to break inside of him.

She still needed care in the morning, dealing with the effects of the lack of sleep, the emotional breakdown, the physical pain and the blood loss. We know he gave her pain killers and probably that horrible prune juice and sent her up to Najma's room to rest more. The fact that they were so tactile at the foot of the stairs says that he didn't scold her. Clearly they had an affectionate time when they woke up. But it will remain 'their' secret!

Asad's confrontation with Rohan was awesome. Loved the dialogue:

Asad takes a deep breath. "I make my own luck. I've worked hard for everything I've achieved." He turns and heads for his room. "I deserve what I have."

"Including Zoya?" Rohan challenges.

Asad stops in his tracks but doesn't look back. He's silent for a moment, staring down at his scarred knuckles, remembering the times people had tried to snatch Zoya from him. He takes a deep breath and nods. "Especially Zoya."

This was an important point for me. Asad needed to hear it loud and clear that Zoya is in love with him to erase any lingering doubt. He now knows its so obvious even a guest can see it. Zoya never tried to hide it, he just never SAW it. Now the blinders are gone.

The other part was that Asad had to accept that he's worthy of Zoya's love. I didn't want a situation where Asad thought he wasn't right for Zoya. SHE deserves to have what she wants and what she wants is Asad. Who is he not to give her what she wants, especially when she's so selflessly taking care of HIS needs?

Asad's care for Zoya at the dining table was touching!

Again, he couldn't go back to being cold and distant! Asad has to show his love in some way! Anything less would be an insult to Zoya - even if it means she can't have sugar!

Their discussion in the car and his office was great! I can go on and on. Needless to say, I loved it! It was good to see slight jealousy or insecurity from Asad. Once she reassured him that he was tiger, he was back to normal!

I'm very surprised that people liked the "Asad is a tiger" exchange. I thought people were so used to him as a lion that they couldn't see him as a relentless, solitary tiger. Sadly, I can't take credit for that idea. The QH writers came up with it and I HAD to use it!

Smart Zoya figured out what Rohan's disguise was! Cool! She is closing in on him...

Chapter 2:

The "car"omance was amazing! As one of my friends said about AsYa: these are 2 imperfect individuals who are perfect for each other!! Great bonding!

Najma is back home safely after the billboard drama!

Uff, Rohan's insecurity and loneliness is coming out. He provoked the tiger by "hurting" the tigress with his words!!oh boy! Loved how AAK insisted Zoya was family. Rohan out of the house!

I don't think Rohan was trying to hurt Zoya. He wanted her to relate to him and understand his pain. But it did hurt Zoya and nothing makes the tiger angrier than an attack on on his tigress. Rohan had to leave after that - for his own safety!

The sleuth figured out all about NAAS! Splendid !

Now, the million dollar question, why does Rohan need the lot? Yes, yes! I'll patiently wait for the future updates.

The wait is not long - she finds out in the next chapter!

I will admit that I have been somewhat a stalker of your stories. Well, not really a stalker in the technical sense, but more like a follower who was way to late in discovering your stories and then was frantically trying to get up to speed.

And finally I am!

I read "For you I will" then hopped the train to "Web of Lies" and now here I am onto this one!

Now that I have finally read ALL the awesome chapters, I thought of leaving a little comment!

First of all, you are a brilliant writer. You have a very creative and very impressive way of telling a story and I must acknowledge that you use your characters, the plot and the element of suspense and thrill very well. Thank you! I aspire to be a published writer or even write for serials so I try to stay in practice.

I love your portrayal of Asad. A lot. I have this image of an uncontrollable force of nature if you provoke him. You have made such a believe world that it does not surprise me that Asad is capable of almost killing people with his bare hands. Heroes MUST be larger than life! That's why we love them.

And I love the subtle way you have brought Asad and Zoya together. Asad will leave no stone unmoved to make sure that his Musibat is fine! And Zoya! How I love her "All I do is for you" approach. Very heartwarming, and heart clenching at the same time. I actually see this as a weakness of Zoya's. She gives too much of herself. Asad will have to work hard to make her feel secure enough to hold her own needs as high as she does Asad's, Dilshad's and Najma's. I think he's up to the challenge!

There are so many little things that you pay attention to which turn out to be a vital key at the end of the suspense. From on top of my head, I can think of like you did with the whole "firewall" thing in "Web of lies". Pay attention to the common themes. They will play a part in the next QH story, too. You can read the details in my mystery previews. Also, Mr. Zoya Farooqui - who we had a TINY glimpse of in WHAT'S IN A NAME - will make another appearance in GHOST IN THE MACHINE, just maybe not as sweet and adoring.

I love (you can see I love many things!😆) that Najma and Ayaan have come into play! Little Tamatar is all grown up! And Dilshad! That woman is a class of her own. I can't help but love her in each chapter. If you loved Dilshad in these stories, wait for the next chapter! She will show you how truly amazing she really is.

Asad and Zoya are on a very tumultuous journey, aren't they? Zoya, especially has had terrible ordeals over and over again - physically and emotionally. There open admittance to relying and caring on/about each other is so fresh to read and so endearing! They know they care about each other deeply but are either of them ready to say they're in love? No - not quite yet.

I want to say so much more about this series! But, I won't bore you with my blabber! You are doing a great job! Fantastic writing! Thank you again!!!!

Yes, I have but it's not QH. It's a romance novel set in Chandigarh between an NRI and a local girl. I hope it has the fun and flare of my QH stories but is enjoyable on it's own.
