So the supposed 14 day period was important why ?
Zoya has to bring the two warring families together. She has a very good Equation with KV inhabitants. She had to develop a linear, a quadratic or maybe a complex Equation with SM folks.

4. Razia can't hate her anymore.
5. Humeira will initially hate her and Razia should be able to cash on that. Because Hell hath no fury than a woman scorned .So sister's clash has been set up.. which will eventually resolve , when Zoya will save Humeira's life
6. Rashid always had a soft corner for Zoya. still a linear equation.

Another brilliant move by CVS ? had he been there , maybe he would have developed love ??? hatred ??? sympathy toward Zoya ?? But He was MIA. His Equation is still the same.
