Alright so after watching today's episode me and a few members were discussing the look Ayaan gave Zoya when she brought the juice for him which then brought us talking about both the brothers.
First off, the look Ayaan gave Zoya, ew, totally cringeworthy. Looks like Ayaan will be falling for Zoya. Poor Humaira. 😔
Secondly, Ayaan has totally sidelined Humaira since Zoya arrived. Other than the two times he talked to her, it's like she completely doesn't even exist for him.
This made me think how different the two brothers are. Asad, even though when Tanveer was in the house, never looked at Tanveer in that manner that Ayaan has looked at Zoya. He never even sidelined Zoya. Sure he was all Tanu Tanu, but he still never completely ignored Zoya and still gave her attention. They still had their romantic moments. Even when Tanveer made advances and showed the slightest hint she was interested, he immediately backed away. When he saw it was making Zoya jealous, he would instantly back away his hand. Asad has always only had one woman on his mind, while for Ayaan, well I'm not sure who and what is on his mind. And from the looks of it neither is he.
The way Ayaan looked at Zoya today, was not just cringeworthy but cheesy and like I said ew. I don't even think the guy has ever looked at Humaira so lovingly. Was he aware of what he was doing? Asad on the other hand, he has never looked at Zoya in such a manner. He has always looked at her as if she's the only girl in the world. Or as Rosh said, he always looked at her with tehzeeb, and lovingly.
Ayaan has always been a flirt and a lying one too. He's messed with Humaira's head since day one. Flirting with her on and off. Even at the haldi ceremony he was flirting with those other girls outside the SM. Smh.
Asad however, you could tell from the first episode his heart and mind were always pure. Whoever he was going to love, he would love with the purest heart and with everything. He always had respect for women, and lowered his gaze. And from the first scene in the dargah you knew the difference between both brothers...Ayaan looked at Zoya like he was attracted to her, but Asad, Asad looked at Zoya as if there were no one else in the room. As if he saw something more than just a pretty girl. Ayaan got up to chase after Zoya, whereas Asad stayed, finished paying his respects and closed his eyes and prayed for her. He didn't go after her, instead let destiny bring them together. Biggest symbolism from that episode, that Zoya and Asad were meant to be, and are end game. Even though Ayaan went after her, he couldn't find her. But instead it was her and Asad who came across each other.
