Custody battles are really ugly, which is why I don't want to go into family law. Britney's custody battle freaked me out enough and even now when I am 19, I still can't deal with the messt. What you are saying doesn't sound unrealistic, which is the biggest thing. Courts in general (whether in Canada or India) just want to do the best for the kid. As long as you make the court proceedings about both Imran and Asad showing they can provide a better environment it will be fine. Again, I don't know much about family law, but I am majoring in law & business right now.
