Why ZoYaan was necessary ?

Because all of them will pay a price for ZoYaan.

All four protagonists lost the most important thing in their life , their love not to a bad guy or an enemy but to each other. They are being portrayed as helpless victims , pawns in the game of life. The agony is they can't even curse each other .

Asad :He had to pay the price of being a blind elder brother by letting go of his priceless love. He will realize that , you cannot give Ayaan ,whatever and whenever he asks for something. Zoya or other relationships in his life are not Bikes that can be gifted and forgotten about. He needs to stop feeling guilty about relationships. He was wronged by Rashid not the other way round. He does not owe his Step siblings anything. He cannot let them destroy his life , his emotions all over again. He needed to realize that it was not worth it. Some relationships are stronger than blood relationships.

Zoya: She had to pay the price of being an immature , brattish girl who like her shayari's does not take anything seriously. She needs to realize that her father abandoned her while he was blissfully raising his own family. She needs to realize that , there are things that even Mr. Khan cannot undo. Trust is good, but blind trust not so good. Her belief in Nikah and that Ta Umr thing will be shattered. Nikah if not done from heart does not count. It is only a Haadsa not a Vaada

Ayaan: He must pay the price for being Ayaan. He expects so much from his bhaijaan. His Bhaijaan always yields to his Jayaz/Najayaz farmaish. He acts without considering the repercussion, its all about him and his relationships without any consideration for others. He also lost the love of his life.

Humeira : She has to pay the price for the heinous crimes of her mother.

Some Life lessons learnt by all of them :

You are not 100 % responsible for what happens to you, but you are 100 % responsible for how you react to it.

Life is not always fair, terrible things happen to good people.

One should look out for himself/herself also , sometimes its more important to be happy than to be righteous.

You have to bear the consequences of your actions.

Life is not a rehearsal. This is it.

Pain happens; suffering is optional.

The mistakes that we make , no matter how unpleasant are important steps to reach the places we have chosen to go.

All four of them lost the love of their life , so that Nikhat can get somebody's love. But that didn't work out the way , they hoped it would.

As my friend Angelina says,

Without pain, there would be no suffering, without suffering we would never learn from our mistakes. To make it right , pain and suffering is the key to all windows, without it, there is no way of life.

But it's just that bashing or criticizing and appreciating are two sides of the same coin...If I loved with passion, I will vocalize my displeasure too...Gul is not Chris Nolan honestly...if she had the same thought process as you..I would be proud..but I know for a fact she has not put in a fraction of thought you managed to put..so yes...Kudos to u...not to her

If they deliver..absolutely nothing like it...since I am still reading the WUs...I hope QH gets better..not for Gul's sake but mine coz I loved it once...and it hurt when it went down the flush tank...for me at least...
