Part 1:
Ayaan and Zoya are on bike when his bike stops and when he gets down to check, he falls on floor due to an injury on his shoulder. Zoya gets tensed while Asad on the phone doesn't understand anything and cuts the call.
At Rashid mansion, Rashid is worried for Ayaan and Zoya and is waiting for their come back when Badi bi tells him to not worry as they want to spend some time alone.
There, Zoya is seeks help from a passenger and tells them that her Husband needs to reach the hospital asap!
Asad is thinking that something is not right and gets worried.
Najma gets up from her sleep due to some noise and wakes Imran as well. She asks Imran if they are hiding something from her? She tells him that she hates lie and Imran tells her that there is nothing he is hiding from her.
There Zoya brings Ayaan to the hospital and shouts for a doctor. She finds a pune and scares him to attend her Husband else she will kill him!
Asad is worried for Ayaan and Zoya as their phones are unreachable.
Part 2:
Dr. arrives and starts attending Ayaan, watching his wound Dr. is shocked and asks Zoya to hold his hands while he may stitch Ayaan's wound without anesthesia. Zoya is in great pain watching Ayaan.
Asad is on his way searching them amd finds Zoya outside te hospital. Zoya calls someone for help and gets back in room where doc asks her to change Ayaan's clothes. Asad gets in and finds Zoya hugging Ayaan getting hurt.
Zoya finds Asad and gets out from there.
Part 3:
Zoya blames Asad for all that is happening with her. She says its very difficult for her to live like that. Asad tells her to not worry he will handle everything that Ayaan is his responsibility and not hers so she doesn't to be guilty for his condition. She tells him that she loves him but Ayaan has become her husband in front of the whole world. She cant take it as marriage for her is life long responsibility but she is not doing anything like that. To this Asad tells her that he knows what marriage meanss to her but this isnt a marriage thus they are meant to be together. They both hug.
