Earlier Asad used to think she is a good friend of his and he was friendly and caring towards her. He was willing to marry her after she portrayed her child as his and he still believed at the point that she is a good women who was in wrong situations. If he married Billi with that perception then bill can get all benefits of being married to Asad. However, now that Asad know that she tricked him, she tried to kill Zoya and she is characterless and money minded, he will never be able to like her or be caring and nice to her like before and moreover he hates her. Why would Billi want to marry a man who hates her? Even if it just for money its not making sense, she can try some other rich dumb guy who don't know her past right ...why Asad after she got totally exposed before him? She won't benefit much now.
