There are some doubts on this forum as to the validity of the nikah.
I would like to stress that there was never a nikaah between Ayan and Zoya. On the day of the nikaah, both Zoya and Ayaan were taking over the phone to Asad and Rashid respectively. When the qazi came to them, for their consent they said yes but not to the nikaah but whilst having a conversation with them.
Not to mention that Zoya's father's name was read as Mohammed Fareed so basically referring to Zoya as Zoya Mohammed Fareed. As the audience we all know that Zoya's surname is not Fareed but Siddqui. Since she was unware of her father's name, the qazis should have read her name as Zoya Farooqui instead.
As far as the nikahnama is concerned, that also holds no significance because the marriage was invalid to begin with. The qazis would have yet again put Zoya's name as Zoya Mohammed Fareed which is wrong.
The qazis in the show are hell bent on making this nikah look legal and valid because there do not want anyone to point fingers at them. Gaffur and Razia know that this nikah is invalid but since they know that the qazis will not agree, they inserted the talaq nama in the nikahnama papers so that the INVALID marriage can be brought to an end,
I don't see anything wrong with ASYA or AYRA hugging or meeting one another because they know that the nikah is invalid but because of nikhat's nikah they can't reveal the truth or even deny the marriage in front of the qazis.So basically they can't argue with them.
I am sure once nikhat's nikah takes place, Asya and Ayra will proof that the nikah is invalid.
The whole purpose of this track is to make Zoya meet her father and for them to be in the household.
The track does seem complicated but the bottom line is that no nikaah has happened between Zoyaan. Even urbhi was hinting that in the interview. It will be later proved.
