as zoya opened her eyes...she blinked her eyes to absorb her surroundings... She was once again lost, not on asad... but on her environment...
Z:..beautifull...
Asad turned around to admire the place along with zoya...
They were on the terrace of the 50 storey hotel... The tallest building of Bhopal... they could have a birdview of the whole city.. but what captured zoya was not that.. but the beautifull resort she has landed from nowhere. There was a swimming pool infront of them, a small cottage...a beautifull garden... A dining place for two... the sweet sound of love birds.. from their cages... the place was beautifully lite with lights of mild color...she was mesmiersed... looking at the beauty... she turned around to look at her love... asad was enjoying the pleasant surprise... he has given to her... he took her hands.. and moved inside the place... To the edge of the terrace...
Z:.. asad...it is beautifull...
A: thank you...
Z:... how did we end up here..
A:..it is terrace of this hotel... a resort for people...who couldn't go the long distance...
Asad was holding zoya hand and they leaned on the walls... Zoya looked up at the stars in the night sky... and looked at asad... and shyed. After remembering the lift incident... she turned away from asad... and pullerd her hands from his grip... and moved a little from him. She looked far and relived her passionate moments... she just couldn't believe that she did all that... And was thinking what would have happened... if the song was not played... she blushed deeply at herself... she was feeling full. She didn't regret ..what happened between... she just wasn't sure...for herself.. she couldn't explain it to herself... and decided not to dwell on that anymore... and smiled at herself..
Asad on the other hand... was in a turmoil... as zoya moved away.. it broke his heart... His fear came true... that she didn't like what happened between them... he closed his eyes... and took a deep breath to pull himself...after few minutes.. he decided he will speak with zoya.. and explain her... That he will never cross his boundary .. or upset her... though she kissed him ... he knows that he was the one who started the whole thing with the dance...zoya was facing the horizon... and asad was facing zoya back... and backless blouse of zoya once again.. distracted him...he could see a small shiver going on zoya body...due to the chill wind... he removed his tux... and went closer to zoya.. and put it on her... to protect herself from the chill... And himself..too.. so he doesn't do some more stupid things..
A: zoya... she turned to look at him... and could see some sadness in his face. As she was in dark.. asad couldn't she the blush in her face..
A:.. I am sorry zoya...
Zoya slowly understood asad mind frame... and how asad interpreted her actions of moving away from him. And smiled at his thougtss..
Z: don't be... and came in front of him...
A:.. really...
Z:.. yeah.. don't dwell on what happened... But I have few doubts though...
A:..ok... tell me..
Z:.. this is a wonderfull place... but why is it empty...this kind of place will be booked 365 days...of course I am happy it is empty...u know how scared I was thinking that we make out in front of people...
A:...it is not empty... it is occupied by the people. Who booked this place...
Z:...oh..i think they are inside the cottage... come let us leave the place without disturbing them... thank god.. they were not outside for our little show...and took his hands.. and moved towards the lift.. but asad pulled her hands... and stood there...
A:.. no need to leave zoya...
Z:.. come on asad... we cant disturb them,... it is like trespassing...they have booked the place... And spend some time with their loved ones... We should not be here...
But asad was holding the ground...and zoya questioned him with her eyes...
A:.. zoya I booked the place for us today...and slowly looked at zoya and observed her reaction...
Z:.. really...
A:.. did u remember I asked u for a date...i wanted to bring u here to show this place...
Z:.. it is wonderfull asad... u planned all this...dont tell me that u anticipated everything... that happened...and blushed looking down...
A:..NO... as I saw u moving towards the lift... I thought u were upset with me.. and I followed u to apologise and pushed the button on the lift for the terrace...but...and asad stammered there...he didn't know or expect zoya to behave that way... he was in cloud nine...lost himself there...zoya cleared her throat to gain his attention... And then he came down to earth and smiled sheepishly at her ...
A:.. but I didn't play the song...i don't know from were the song came...
Z:.. it came from my phone in ur pocket...it was the last played song... and I think in the commotion we created... it disturbed my phone... and blushed at herself.. for her choice of words...
Z:.. can I have my phone...
Asad took her pouch from his pocket and gave her...
Z:.. what abt asya and ammi...
A;.. they would have gone home now...i already told ammi about our date...
Z:... so u planned everything...hmmm...cute akdu... and unkowningly pulled his cheeks... and smiled... Asad was further embrassed ...
A:.. shall we order something to eat...and handed her the menu card from the dinning table... as she choose , he took the intercom and relied her orders downstairs...
Asad took zoya hands and showed her the place... In the other side they saw a beautifull fountain.. a small waterfall... wonderfull aquarium with colorfull fishes... Another small cottage...
Z:.. asad it is a beauty... very creative... I think we find the architect of this place... and I think we should hire him too... what a thought process...what a beautifull execution...
Asad was smiling at her and was not responding to her... Zoya looked at him...
Z:... asad ... I know u r a very good architect too...but this guy is really great...ok.. u should accept the truth...ok..
A:.. ok..
Z: we should enquire about the architect.. when we go down...ok..
A:..yes...
They both sat in the bench overlooking the falls.. zoya scooted closer to asad... and held her closer within his arms... And they sat there...content with each other... Presence... After some time...
Z:.. asad... when did u realize that u loved me...
Asad turned around to look at her face...and smiled at her... he took her face in his hands...
A:.. the moment i saw u for the first time... when I first saw u in the mazar... ur beauty stunned me... I am person.. who never looked at any woman in my life...was arrested the moment I saw u... but my heart pained looking at the pain in ur face... the tears in ur eyes...at that moment I closed my eyes... not to do my regular prayed in the mazar... but to pray to allah... to accept ur prayers... And give ur sorrows to me...as I opened my eyes... u were not there... as I drove my suv.. I was so lost in ur thoughts.. and unkowningly.. I hit u...
Zoya was amazed at asad reply.. and looked at him deeply in the brown eyes of his...
A:...but... thanks to ur wonderfull mouth...u pulled me down to earth... And ur words... And ur thoughts... were just the opposite of what I thought I wanted in my wife...but yet I just couldn't understand the pull u had me in my heart...and I denied myself time and again... that I loved u... and told myself it was just attraction and fascination... as u kept contradicting myself... again and again...
Z:.. then when did u know..
A;.. mangalpur...when I thought I lost u...when I held ur lifeless body in my hands...the way my heart broke into a millon pieces... and every piece cried out loud... Saying that it loved u.. and it wont live without u...that was the moment I relaised that I am hopelessly in love with u...when u came into conscious...my heart started beating... and reminded my mind that every beat in the heart.. is for u... only for u...
Zoya smiled as tears flowed from her eyes... and also in his eyes...
Z:.. but why didn't u tell me... I almost went back...to NY... that time...
A:... bcoz I never felt myself worthy your love... I was always scared inside... that I will hurt u... I will cause u pain... I may not be able to provide u the happiness u deserve... though u didn't know... I slowly realized that u too love me.. but just didn't want to face it.. so tried my best to keep u away from me... so I have scolded u and insulted u... but.. nothing ever worked with u...u loved me...above everything... And look now... I just ended up doing everything I feared... I have hurt u.. caused u the pain... unhappiness...
Zoya held asad face in her hands.. and dried his tears...
Z;... asad...what u said is true...but none of it was planned by u... But u are also the only person... whom I love all my life... Who also gave me the joy and happiness in my life... Asad... Please stop blaming urself...for the mistakes of the past. Let us start fresh and new... me in ur arms is the happiest feeling in my life...ok...
Asad held her once again in his arms and held her tighly... And had a content smile in his face... And they sat peacefully.. for sometime..

Z:..i didn't know... To be precise...the moment I entered ur home... I fell in love with the house... as ammi said u designed it... I was in awe regarding u... till the moment I saw u...ofcourse once u pushed me down...it went down again... Though I disliked ur views on me... I loved u for being a wonderful bro and son...i was attracted to u.. when u saved me from the goons... Respected u for saving me from akram...and trusted u during my abbu search...somewhere down the line... I fell in love with u... but deep down... I just couldn't accept it.. bcoz I never had anyone to call as my own. In the world... I was not ready to accept that u r mine ...mine alone...bcoz it was scaring... though ur eyes tell me one thing... ur mouth always says other wise...
Z:... I accepted that I love u... when u proposed to me in the airport... ur eyes... were screaming at me ... proclaiming ur love...and I was in complete bliss... And accepted... but thanks to u... u broke my small lovenest...as soon as we returned home.. saying everything is a drama...it went back its shell...as our wedding ceremonies started ... but heart starting blooming with the hope of love... it fully accepted u.. the night before our wedding ... When we held ours hands...under stars...
As thet sat there filled with their love.. they were disturbed.. by the waiter with their food...and they sat and had the food in the place... as they finished and were planning to leave...
Z:.. asad... Can we realsie the lovebirds from their cages...
Both of them opened all the cages and left them open... Saw the birds flying around.. asad kept the gates open.. so if they want .. they can come back to cage ... he gave them the freedom...to choose...as they came down in the lift... Both their face was red... And they both realized that whenever they ride in a elevator... this will be first memory in their heart... and smiled... as they came into the reception...asad was called my someone... and zoya wandered around the reception...and looked at their display.. she went closer to see... The architect... and was pleasantly surprised that asad was the architect of this building and he own the best architect last year .
They drove back home...together .. happy and content.. as they walked towards the door of their home...
Z:.. asad...why didn't u tell me... that u were the architect...
A:.. I loved to listen u praise me...
Z:.. hmm...
As they were about to open the door...
Z:.. asad ... urnt u forgetting something...
A:... what...
Z:..we were on a date...right...
A;... yeah...so... he looked at her quizzically... And Z smiled at her... slowly and silently... zoya moved herself closer to him.. softly and sweetly she gave a peck on her lips... small.. cute... light ..kiss... and then went inside the home... pulling a dumb asad...with her...
