In Islam of course a married couple must wait three months before getting an official divorce or remarrying and I'm glad Gul at least has followed that if not anything else! Once the nikahnama has been signed your are done and married and Zoya signed with her name so there goes that!

no u dnt! u hv to wait 3 mnths before remarrying! u can get divorced on the night of ur marriage too..

There's nothing like that in Islam. Only for a woman to remarry, she has to wait for 4 months 10 days (i think) if her husband dies (or she gets divorced) in order to get married again.

This sort of nikah in islam u cud get divorce ryt away first no consent of the couple scnd no suhagrat hahaha sry fr tht ... But yeah u cud get divorce any moment and thn u hav to do Iddat which is fr Four mnths n Ten days and thn u can remarry

that only applies if husband and wife have had a physical relationship to make sure the woman is not pregnant so the woman knows who the father of her child is.

Its not 4 months ...i think its 40 days ...

Well in the real world this fake Nikah wouldn't be a Nikah.
