Many people are forced to consent to marriages but their is no INTENT. In islam even if you pray namaz but you don't have your complete heart and mind into it it won't be accepted.

Contract marriage doesn't but I'd like to think that the Nikahnama wasn't of a contract marriage. Ghafoor or Razia just added the Divorce papers in between. I'd like to wait till I see it onscreen before making any judgement because the truth is their is no contract marriage in Islam. Temporary marriage is a very controversial topic which is unaceeceptable according to many Islamic scholars.

yea i also hope they clear all this nicely, because people want to learn about Muslim weddings as well and this is the only serial based on Muslims that is being shown right now...and all this twists and tricks brought for the sake of drama is actually confusing people...
