Or that Zoya challenges the Qazi now with her knowledge of Islam and how Islamic nikaahs happen
Or that despite how heart broken will she be, Najma is told the truth, because she deserves to know that her husband is harboring and illegitimate child, somewhere. No matter, what atleast Asad deserves to know this.
Or, that Dilshaad did not agree to the ten day challenge in the first place.
Or that Shirin was the one who encouraged Nikhat to look beyond men.
Or that one, atleast one of the five young girls in QH harbored a career interest.
Sadly the only one who seemed to have done that was Dilshaad and Tanveer, of all the people.
Or that Zoya was adamant about her Aapi Jiju being there at the wedding? They are her only family after all...
Or that Asad is asked in front of everyone, what gave him the right to gift Zoya to Ayaan?
Sadly, it is this view of modernity that is more stifling and suffocating than anything else. When you say that being modern is wearing jeans, and only that - you are proving what my dear friend?
Show Zoya walk away on both brothers (I am following this story line in my FF, spoiler alert!!! lol) like Pooja did in the movie Arth... Show Nikhat, disagreeing to accept anything like this - and being so selfish to just get married... and show Zoya stand up for Nikhat if at all. Just because Haseena is now Najma;s mil and equations have changed, does not mean her tantrums must be catered to.
