Kumud & Pramad from Saraswatichandra: Kumud married Pramad in full awareness despite being in love with Saras because she was angry due to a misunderstanding.
Arjun & Ovi from Pavitra Rishta: Arjun married Ovi in full awareness despite being in love with Purvi because he was emotionally blackmailed by Purvi.
Sarita & Vikrant from Punar Vivah 2: Sarita married Vikrant in full awareness despite being in love with Raj because she had made some promises to Vikrant and his son.
Mayank & Charu from Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke: Mayank married Charu in full awareness despite being in love with Gunjan because he was angry due to a misunderstanding.
Meethi & Vishnu from Uttaran: Meethi married Vishnu in full awareness despite being in love with Akash because she was angry with him for lying about his identity (and torturing her).
Ayaan & Zoya from Qubool Hai: Muqaddar ka khel apparently?? They got married without their own knowledge due to lack of common sense in both of them, as well as the Qazi getting them married, and not to forget, the completely illogical series of unfortunate events leading up to it.
And yet QH is the show I choose to follow religiously. I need help. I hope they start showing more logic in their upcoming tracks, if not hopefully my brain gives up and I stop watching this. Addiction is a bad thing.
Oh and all I'm trying to say here is that sure, the Zoyaan track is fine, but if they had put more thought into how to execute it. Like maybe Zoya could've married Ayaan while she was mad at Asad for sleeping with Tanveer or something? And Ayaan would've agreed in that point of time since he wasn't in love with Humeira and wanted to escape from Razia's clutches anyway.
I understand that the CVs wanted Zoya to enter SM somehow in order to uncover her past and figure out who her father is, but marrying the wrong person track is so passe because it's so overused in all the shows. QH has always prided in being different from the rest, then why??
But oh well, I guess this is what we got and what we have to deal with. LALALA.
