Is Asad being Jealous or Protective?

I think its beyond being Jealous for Asad. I think it has to do with protecting Zoya from any harm. He has made the mistake in trusting Tanveer-who actually was his childhood friend, but to see Zoya have so much trust in understanding Rajneer-a complete stranger is beyond belief for Asad. Jealousy would have been if he actually was Zoya's friend from NYC, or Asad's friend flirting with Zoya. This is frustrating, to show Zoya letting her guard down and not questioning his antics.

Not jealousy at this stage of their lives---more like protection and frustration as to why Zoya cant understand she is in India and behave accordingly!

He is being Protective for now!!

I don't think asad is jealous...he is trying to protect her
