Nikhat and Nazma

Okay I dont know if this issue has been brought up already but I am really curious to know if Nikhat and Nazma are the same age. Because in the flashback Rashid brings only Ayaan so there was no Nikhat but there was Nazma. On her first birthday he once again leaves them for Shireen... yet in the episodes I felt they showed Nikhat like she was older than Nazma... Rashid going back points to Raziya's blackmailing but could it also be because Shireen was pregnant when Rashid left her and Nikhat's birth forced him to go back (okay i guess i am thinking too much! 😆)
