'Idli Ki Kasam' Returns??

Is it just me or it was actually Mr.Singham in the gold awards?Before The part where Bharti was hosting and goin to different actors a guy who was actualy behaving like a girl entered.And my reaction was "What the?Idli ki Kasam?I noticed very carefully and concluded it was him only.I may be wrong but i guess Iam not.

P.S.:He was hilarious,reminded me of dreamam wakepam.
