Is Poison The Only Way To Kill Poison? July 23, 2013
Some of us (Rendezvous, Andrea) had predicted that Razia will indirectly help Zoya to avenge Tanveer and bingo, they were right! Hats off to you girls.
I was hoping that Zoya/Asad/Dilshaad would somehow connect the dots and figure out the duration of Tanveer's pregnancy but the CVs decided to take the route of 'zeher hi zeher ko maarta hai.'
While I am happy that Tanveer shall be exposed to the whole Khan family soon, Zoya won't leave for NY and AsYa will be united once again but I fear the repercussions of this new animosity between Razia and Tanveer. Well, they have never been the best of friends- just accomplices in various crimes but today, when Razia realized how Tanveer had double crossed her, there was no love lost between the two women.
Of course, I loved the thappad and the gaalis that Razia gave to Tanveer but at the same time, I dread the scenario of Tanveer coming back to avenge Razia in a bigger and worse game than before.
I really wish the writers had at least shown a complete, clean sweep victory of the good vs evil instead of using evil to kill another evil.
If Zoya had not gone to the mosque, would Tanveer have succeeded in her plans?
Would Zoya not have connected the dots and gone back for the report?
Would Dilshaad not suspect that the baby bump on Tanveer is bigger than a 6 week pregnancy?
Would Asad have gone ahead and married the psycho Tanveer without ever questioning what happened that night or cross checking her medical reports?
I guess, as Gul said, kahani abhi shuru huyi hai.
The silver lining for me…
- We will see an AsYa reunion soon with their cute nok jhonks and romance
- By helping Zoya, Razia has invited her own demise (it will take time but the process has started)
In the meantime, I will keep hoping that one day good will win over evil without the help of any poison or evil conspiracies.
