Patience is the key if you want to watch QH and keep low expectations and go with the flow of the story.. I am also fed up with Tanveer and Asad falling prey to her tricks all the time, but surprisingly i liked today's episode because i am going with the flow of the story rather than focusing on Tanveer and her tricks.
Coming to today's episode, it wasn't a surprise when Asad refused to marry Zoya... we all knew that this was coming.
Tanveer has again played with Asad's emotions so well, stressing on the word responsibility, knowing very well that that word would hit him hard. When a childhood friend who grew up with you and who knows you so well turns out to be your number one enemy in disguise, this is expected.
Asad's reaction:
I know that many are again upset by the way Asad reacted and behaved..
Even i had hoped for Asad to tell Zoya the truth and at least have a decent conversation with Zoya.. but he did not do it that way.
Instead he had hurt Zoya once again. But then i can understand why Asad behaved this way. What we should realize is that Asad himself is hurting much more than Zoya right now.. He came home from Ajmer still devastated and feeling hopeless, never expecting to get back with zoya ever again and then he got the surprise of his life when he saw Zoya at home dressed for their Nikah.. suddenly his life was filled with hope again , but then tanveer came and snatched that hope by dropping that bomb.
How would Asad feel right now? he is dying in side. From the look of utter despair and anguish on his face when tanveer said that the reason why she went to Ajmer was because of the baby, we can see how broken Asad is.
But even in his broken state, his mind registered tanveer's words of " i am just your responsibility and you can leave your responsibility but not your love"... Tanveer did it very cleverly and ruthlessly knowing very well that Asad would never shy from his responsibility if he was indirectly hit with it and made guilty.
So Asad came out and asked Zoya why she had come back when she had never meant to come back and in the process hurt Zoya.
Why did he say this? because right then he really wished Zoya has not returned.. because if she had not , he could have at least spared her from the hurt he was causing her by rejecting her for Nikah .. he could also have spared her from knowing the truth of Tanveer's pregnancy and the hurt it would cause Zoya..
Asad thinks that he has slept with Tanveer and its his baby.. So Asad might be thinking that it would break Zoya's heart more again if she learns that Tanveer is now pregnant with his child.. thats the reason why Asad has not told Zoya the truth even though Zoya deserves to know the reason why he was refusing to marry her.
Many times truth hurts more and what you don't know cannot hurt you.. thats the way Asad was thinking when he refused to tell Zoya anything.. he knew it would hurt Zoya and he knew that he was once again breaking Zoya's heart into a million pieces when he said he won't marry her and asked her to go away from his life, but he feels that this way is better than telling her the real reason why he cannot marry her, because it would hurt her more.
And perhaps he also deliberately wanted Zoya to hate him because he feels he deserves that and also because he feels that Zoya in her hatred might forget him, which he perhaps feels is best for her.
Zoya- Tanveer confrontation:
this is the scene i loved. i am glad that finally Tanveer got the slap she deserved and i am glad it came from Zoya and not Asad. because for me Zoya slapping tanveer has more impact than Asad slapping her when he learns the truth... with that slap,zoya has shown Tanveer where she actually stands, while she herself was gloating about her success... like Zoya said tanveer is a shame even for womanhood and deserves a slap from a woman only.
And like Zoya said there is a reason why Zoya has come back even after Tanveer pushed her from the cliff and left her to die.Tanveer could not kill her even after so many attempts. And even after tanveer tried to once again make Zoya believe that something happened between her and Asad, and despite not having any solid proof, Zoya still believes that Asad is innocent. Zoyas faith has not shaken.
And now, tanveer has played another dirty game.. but this has lead to an interesting twist.. what will Zoya do now? Zoya will be now torn between finding her dad and giving justice to Asad and be with Asad, the love of her life for the rest of her life...
on one side is Asad her future and her love and proving to the world his innocence... and on the other side is her father, her past and her long lost dreams of finding her father and who she is which now has a hope of getting fulfilled... what will Zoya choose now?
