I am sure it has not been overlooked. While shows integrate festivals into their storyline, they are mostly not at the same time and some go on for a lonnger duration than the actual festival itself. So, Ramadan will in all probability be included.

I agree! Gul had become ultimately talented in messing up the show with her inconsistencies and twisting plot and that damn billi!

I was wondering the same thing, but I realize it is best that they don't because they will most likely ruin the significance of it.

IMO I don't think it's the right time to show it with all the intense scenes going on but I do hope she shows it after this track to increase its significance. but yeah it's not such a hard thing to show and the setting is perfect for it

If the speculations and spoilers are correct, then I think happy times are ahead. Once this drama clears out, I think an episode or two showing Ramadan can be expected. Besides, they can't show a whole month of Ramadan so let's give the show the benefit of doubt.

But I sincerely hope they just stick to Suhur and Iftaar because we have all been witnesses to the fact that this show butchers all Islamic traditions. I'd rather watch some made up Jashn-e-Fill in the Blank rather than watch them screw up the basics of Islam.

Seems to me that the show is content in thinking that since they have always called shaadi nikaah, they need not put any more effort into showing the Muslim culture.

Happy Ramadan All! Ramadan Mubarak!

To all those who are hopeful that the show will integrate Ramadan, I hope you are right 😊

I agree.
Gul should have taken into consideration the holy month of Ramadan. Especially since she is Muslim herself, there is no scope to forget. However, I also feel it might be a little difficult to incorporate that in the present storyline, but maybe when they reach Bhopal they might try to include it somewhere.
However, if the team chooses to ignore Ramadan, I wonder if they will celebrate Eid later on :/
