Don't worry...it's a norm here. Individuals forget something as the concept of free speech.

I don't know what love is in your dictionary but in my dictionary and I'm pretty sure it's same for many others, this is love. He believes he's guilty and he's letting her go because he thinks he betrayed her and he's the reason of her pain. His day starts with her and ends with her. He sees her everywhere. He wants to meet her but is letting her go because he thinks he will give her more pain. She doesn't wanna meet anybody, he's respecting her choice. Isn't that love all about? He's going through hell at the moment. I don't get how else is he supposed to pay for all the mistakes he has done. If you are gunna talk as Zoya fan, I don't think there's much left for discussion. Obviously, you are not ready to look beyond your hatred or dislike for him, so how will you see what he's going through?

Asad agreeing to marry Billo even with the pregnancy card will be absolutely a wrong message ... It doesn't matter whether a child is involved or not or whether Asad himself grew up without a father...the fact that a victim has to marry the rapist is extremely horrendous.

There was a sbs/ sbb they showed Asad/ Billo standing in front of a taxi with luggage...he was holding a green blanket.

Are they showing Ajmer today?

Point is billi is pushing for the marriage not him. I she requests its he may not disagree and even if he believes it was consensual he will never abandon a kid that he believe is his. This tells me the pregnancy card hasn't been played. Asad will not run after zoya if he is going to be a father.

I know what you are referring to and my point was we don't know where that scene fits in the whole track. That could be somewhere in the middle of the track with her arriving there...anything we don't know. Ajmer will probably be end of this week, they are setting it up I think.

I understand that you feel Zoe has receive the short end of the stick but all these characters are flawed including Zoe. I don't know if you watched ipk (note to mods I am not comparing) but the lead Khushi for instance had to be the most selfish characters ever written. Had Anjali been a real person Khushi and Arnav would have been held accountable for a lot of the terrible things that happened to her along with Shyam. But people loved these characters because they were perceived as goo while I perceived them as foolish and selfish. The point I am trying to make is Guls lead heroines are not always lovable even if that is her aim. Zoya is a rare creation for her. But just as much as Asad was an ass, zoya has contributed to the situation by also being immature and unthinking. I am not excusing characters just saying that zoya has not helped her cause sometimes.

Asad is a flawed character as is zoya and this is one of those rare Gul khan stories where the leads are actually not any fault. They are a victims o circumstances and neither Asad nor zoya are to blame. Asad and zoya are destroyed by this and as an viewer I can feel this. Yes Asad needs to seek forgiveness but this was not the way he should have learnt that lesson.

Hey u have made a good post..and yes he is very consumed with himself at the moment...i had posted this earlier also that guilt is a very self absorbed emotion...its all about 'my fault, my mistakes, my, my, my..'

That is the reason that people who feel guilty are so into their own...guilt does not do anything constructive to your psyche...however it is an emotion as real as anger and love..and being humans we are prone to it very much..

As far as Asad not waiting for her more than he did...I would just like to put it this way...he did go there to apologize...he was told the way she was living and he has again gone on a guilt trip and cursing himself...to man up and apologize he needs to become free of the guilt...in presence of guilt, no person can apologize...because guilt ka base concept hi yehi hai 'i have committed a mistake that cannot be forgiven, so i will punish myself and repent'...

But I would not use this as a test of his love...I am not giving a benefit of doubt to him...also i will not say that he did a good thing by giving her space, because giving her space was not the reason he went away from there...he went away because he felt guilty...

I am just saying how a normal human being reacts when absorbed by guilt...negative emotions only cloud love, they do not lessen it...😊

As if he doesn't care enough?

Hmmm...

Why would he not care? He cares too much, for her feelings- that is what I felt as a viewer.

Zoya saw him waiting for her- and when he left she was not disappointed that he left- just that she had reacted that way to him- her heart had betrayed her strong determination to never see him again.

As for Asad: If he had insisted that he meet Zoya- I WOULD HAVE CALLED THAT SELFISH- there is nothing he can do to erase her pain- NOTHING HE CAN SAY IS CHANGING THAT- all he can ask for is forgiveness, FOR HIMSELF- so I would have called it SELFISH if he had persisted.😊

in my dictionary love is the other name of trust...an undeniable trust that you have on your partner...the reason I don't have faith in Asad's love for Zoya is because he doesn't have an ounce of trust in her...on the contrary surprisingly he has blind trust on Billo although they haven't met for 10 yrs...it's very strange. Right now I cannot sympathize with Asad because as a character he has to earn it .
