I think you should let this track unfold... Too many people on this forum are jumping to false conclusions without even seeing the track explain itself... It's only been 2 episodes since the track started... I'm not going to say anything but just tell you that watch the show.. I understand that the explicit rape scene wasn't digestible but I think this track was definitely needed for the show to go further ... And yes, Asad and Zoya are not at fault.. They are both victims of Tanveer and circumstance..this track will only lead to great character development more than anything

The character Asad Ahmed Khan is not perfect. He has many flaws.. He always believed what he sees. He needs proof to believe people.. He does not understand people many times. He does not have unconditional trust on Zoya. He needs to learn these things so he needs lesson of life. Life is journey which teaches you many lessons and after every lesson you grow as a person. And what is happening with Asad right now is not ruining his character but called character growth. After this redemption he will emerge as better person. This does not mean Asad wil always be crying, being puppy running behind Zoya. NO. He will retain his core values, he will be obsessed with cleanliness, he wil get angry at times, but he will understand people around him, their situations, their helplessness. He will understand Rashid.
