If Tanveer tries to play the game where she claims they slept with each other, she will have to explain to him why she who was sober agreed to it. This would expose her because anything she says to justify it will make him connect the dots thanks to Zoe's warnings and she will be exposed. Tanveer can't afford to be on Asad's bad side.

As for their entrance together. He is in shock and confused about what is going on and is upset that Zoya believes the worse. Also, there is no way he would leave his "attacked" friend in an abandoned factory.

if Asad is confirmed that nothing happened then why was he quiet in his defense ...a person who is not guilty would try to clarify...would at-least be devastated...but he was very calm and quiet for such an accusation.

Because right at this moment his concern is Zoya and not Tanveer or anything else. We will definitely get an Asad-Tanveer confrontation of sorts on monday when he tries to figure out why she was in bed with him.

Point to note- He doesn't actually remember Tanveer sleeping on his chest, that is something only Zoya saw. He wakes up after Tanveer is sitting up and staring at Zoya. He probably believes, she was taking care of him while he was out cold or something - Monday will clarify that.

there were numerous lipstick marks on his chest...he saw them right after he got up...and he saw Tanu holding his sherwani close to her chest in shame...

exactly...any normal person in Asad's situation would be devastated and question Billo...but he didn't...not only that he tagged her along back to the house.

I don't think he noticed anything but Zoya. The lipstick marks were meant for Zoya and the audience. Her holding the shervani could be assumed to cover her state of undress after her "attack".
