Pulled this out from a previous topic post to make a new topic because I would really appreciate your comments😛😛

By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes,
Open locks, whoever knocks!

This post is for us to face the inevitable ... That unless the lion himself is wounded, no one can save him from the hyena!

The tb article is at best poorly written and quite incoherent. Push Zoya? Where?
And so on. It does not stand up to the shallowest of examinations.

However, Ii think there is an underlying message here and that is--- its going to take Tanveer pulling a stunt on Asad directly for Asad to know the truth of Tanveer. She has fooled him several times already but those have all been attacks on Zoya or by hurting herself in her trademark psycho style.

Unless Asad reaches that dark place where his gut tells him that he is innocent but all evidence seemingly points to his guilt, unless he feels that helpessness and the urgent need for Zoya and his family to trust him, he will never understand truly how Zoya feels so many times, and how Rashid must have felt. It is important for him in his journey of Qubool Hai to accept that the truth can be stranger than the fiction and web of lies that surrounds him and that sometimes it takes a leap of faith to arrive at the truth.

I pity Asad. To have someone who has earned your loyalty and trust through possibly shared hardship in childhood work behind your back and cheat you so monumentally, can be demoralizing to put it mildly.

I hope that Zoya's love and trust shall indeed outweigh Tanveers diabolical plans. I commented before in another topic post that its not about Zoya misunderstanding Asad, she already knows Tanveers bistarwali intentions, its about Asad believing that he is guilty and distancing himself from Zoya as a result. It would take all her love and trust, enough for the both of them, and probably Dilshads as well to convince him of his innocence. Thats when he will move towards his destiny with Zoya.

Nice post and great analysis! 😊
And I agree that it'll take Asad to personally experience a significant failure of personal morality to be able to empathise with his father and brother, who are both in seemingly intractable situations. That's also the way his so-far black and white character will evolve into a more mature one with shades of grey.
And yes, personal experience of Tanveer's evil manipulations will achieve what Zoya has been trying to for ages now - it'll expose her real intentions.
Will be interesting to see how Asad, the straight-and-narrow, quick-to-judge man, reacts to his own weakness. Will he be as unforgiving of his own perceived mistakes and try for the higher moral ground (I have erred and so I must pay), or acknowledge that he is just as human as his father and brother and cut himself some slack?
I am betting on soul-searching and agonised reparations.

Thanks so much for replying! Some very good points. Zoya should come in when he penalizes himself for his perceived mistake! 😃

nice post 😊

As torturous as this track will be for us to watch, in the end it's happening for the better, some positives will come out of it

it's just sad Asad's gonna have to learn about his deceiving childhood friend the hard way
