And I agree that it'll take Asad to personally experience a significant failure of personal morality to be able to empathise with his father and brother, who are both in seemingly intractable situations. That's also the way his so-far black and white character will evolve into a more mature one with shades of grey.And yes, personal experience of Tanveer's evil manipulations will achieve what Zoya has been trying to for ages now - it'll expose her real intentions.Will be interesting to see how Asad, the straight-and-narrow, quick-to-judge man, reacts to his own weakness. Will he be as unforgiving of his own perceived mistakes and try for the higher moral ground (I have erred and so I must pay), or acknowledge that he is just as human as his father and brother and cut himself some slack?I am betting on soul-searching and agonised reparations.
