@kriti - I am sorry but Zoya making mistakes and being stupid (which she is quite a lot of the time) doesn't absolve Asad of his dumbness and hypocrisy.

If your judging the character from start to end, please note that Asad has never done one sensible thing or atleast out of self will. Zoya, on the other hand, found who shot Dilshaad, Figured Tannu's truth, and so much more. Which case has Asad solved?Care to explain? Just dropping a few tears, saying "woh actually", and saying sorry after blaming someone miscellaneously, doesn't cut it. He blamed Zoya so many times that I have lost count. And Zoya has ALWAYS proven him WRONG. Get that straight. I don't feel bad for any character as I'm not that attached to television. But you have to differentiate between and ACTOR and CHARACTER which you really don't. and Asad being "blindly in love" with a friend he hasn't met in 10 years is not "intelligent" on his part. Zoya is more aware of her feelings than Asad is. Indian Television characters are not smart. But yes, if you compare Zoya and Asad's smartness, which you did in your entire topic, Zoya is by far more intelligent than Asad

Dumbness: I do think both Zoya and Asad are dumb. But if we were to compare , Asad would win hands down in the stupidity test. Whereas Zoya uses her brain sometimes, Asad gave his brain a permanent holiday.

Hypocrisy: Asad is a hypocrite.Not because he is not able to see through Tanveers act but because of his closeness to her. Hugging a non mehram woman (alowing her to hug him) not once but several times then preaching Tameez and Tehzeeb is hypocrisy.

Ps:Please refrain from calling people 'dumb' just because they stated their opinions (about a fictional , non existent character)that happen to differ from yours.

1. Zoya went to Ayaan's wedding for Asad's happiness so he can watch his brothers engagement. I agree she was dumb with that but her intentions were to MAKE ASAD HAPPY. Go watch those episodes all over again. That argument goes down the drain.

2. You can't justify physical violence no matter what. He THOUGHT Zoya was linked to his Ammi's condition but he didn't KNOW... So argument isn't justifiable on your part... That's a blind argument.

5. Agreed that confessing love and crime are different. BUT principles remain the same.. He hugs Tannu a billion times, squeezes her hands and what not then talks about Tehzeed and Tameez crap.. That is called HYPOCRITICAL... And don't tell me hugging your friend is this or that... THIS IS ASAD'S PRINCIPLE WHICH HE DOESN'T FOLLOW. And do you hug your friends in that manner???

6. Zoya might be dumb but she makes an EFFORT to find out what's wrong and solve the case. Unlike Asad who just sits there with his "Woh Actually" and blames Zoya every chance he gets...

7. If Zoya did mistakes, Asad's mistakes are BIGGER. Him lying about the Nikaah could have hurt so many people.

8. Asad has always done illogical things.. EVERYTHING HE DOES IS ILLOGICAL most of the times... Don't defend his "logic" because he has NONE

I agree Zoya is dumb but she makes an effort.. To answer your TOPIC QUESTION, Asad is DUMBER than Zoya and HIGHLY HYPOCRITICAL. You are going off into a tangent but see, the entire argument doesn't make sense. I suggest you watch Qubool Hai all over again because clearly we are not watching the same show... You are being blinded by the fact that KSG is Asad. End of Discussion.
