Yes I felt so too. Asad is ready to confess , calls herself as a member of the family but doesn't behave that way. It is the same Asad never said sorry to others and just because Tanveer is his friend and he wants Zoya and Tanveer to not have issues he can't force her to apologies. It seemed that although he us ready to marry Zoya he hasn't learn to respect her. He has higher respect for Tanveer and for any woman it's very hard to digest. In fact he ignored Zoyas words when she said that she saw everything with her own eyes. He asked for proof against Tanveer. I think in love either one gives all or none. Even if I know that Asad is learning his behavior today with Zoya was outright humiliating. When he closed his eyes I felt it was something like he felt relieved that Zoya apologized and now Tanveer will stay back. I didn't find him being in pain because Zoya had to apologies.

Sometime his behavior make me feel that he is doing a Favour to Zoya by marrying her and hence it is Zoyas duty to keep her head down in front of her childhood girlfriend.I was annoyed and totally angry and forget trust Asad doesn't have an ounce of respect For Zoya.i felt even Dilshad was taken aback when Asad asked her to apologise to that Billi. She didn't take it well but later tried to mend things between them.

I am sorry but although Asad was subtle today he made sure that Zoya says sorry and that Billi feels comfortable. Zoyas tears were easily forgotten.

Sorry Gul but I am soo pissed at you today. I always supported you when others bashed you left and right but today I feel you completely ruined my mood after my fav character Zoya was humiliated this way without any protest. Please no more mitwa and romance between the leads till a heavy redemption track is shown. I felt disgusted today.

Remember the taveez Ayesha Bi gave to Zoya? Asad had not hesitated in tying that taveez around Zoya's arm. The sacred thread is supposed to represent 'mohabbat aur yakeen." Love and trust for each other.

While, Asad didn't hesitate in tying the thread around her arm, it seems he really hasn't understood the significance of the taveez. He has convinced himself that he is in love with Zoya- mohaabat is definitely there but the second crucial aspect of his relationship with Zoya- trust is definitely not there.

To give credit to Asad, he did show some growth in his character. He called Zoya a part of the family and also believed that she might have seen those statements but until he sees the proof, he couldn't accuse Tanveer of hiding something. One can't blame him for that. Tanveer is his trusted best friend and he has taken responsibility to protect her. As a protector and as a responsible friend, he defended Tanveer.

What I don't agree with is his insistence on Zoya's apology. He absolutely refused to hear her side of the story or delve deeper into her concerns. Instead, he insisted on an apology from Zoya's side. As Dilshaad mentioned later, Asad doesn't want any trouble between these two women. Asad is being nave here. Couldn't he tell by Zoya's expression, how hard it was for her to apologize? If Tanveer's honor is that important, then what about Zoya's self respect? Has Asad ever apologized to anyone just to keep peace in the house? We know he is capable of hitting, throwing and thrashing when he thinks he is right but God forbid if he would ever apologize. He hasn't ever let Dilshaad apologize to anyone, so why does he have a separate set of rules for Zoya? It's because he still hasn't learnt to trust her. He feels she is impulsive and jumps on to conclusions without proof. I would partly fault Zoya here too. Instead of confronting Tanveer in front of everyone, she should have spoken to Asad in private, given him the proofs, told him about her package in Tanveer's bathroom. The moment she did this publically, Asad went into defensive mode.

Both Asad and Zoya have a lot of learning to do before they can reach that point of mutual understanding. That's why I am happy there has been no confession.

The taveez has established a bond between them, but till both of them understand the real meaning of that sacred thread, their relationship shall stay stuck in the first gear for a long time.

Zoya will have to learn how to handle Asad and his idiosyncrasies carefully and Asad will have to learn how to trust her over and above anyone else in this world. Then the plate and chammach will be a complete set on the dining table. Till then, they should stay in their separate compartments in the kitchen pantry

P.S: Will Rashid be the one who will help Zoya? Will that create a bigger rift between AsYa?

Asad was not happy that she was apologizing even though he asked her to. It could either mean that he believes but wished she had proof or that he already knows himself and is playing an elaborate game to trap Tanveer.

Dilshaad witnessed Tanveer's not so subtle smirk and was not happy that Zoe was apologizing. Maybe the women in the house will begin to notice BR a bit more carefully now.

Rashid overhearing Zoe apologizing was interesting. I wonder what role he is going to play.

One thing I noticed with your analyses is, ever since Asad wants to confess to Zoya, you have mentioned every time that you are glad that there is still no confession. I totally agree. Like I have said, in another comment, it would be so pointless now.

Beshak that Asad loves Zoya but indeed, he has to learn to trust her first in order to love her unconditionally. He is someone who needs solid proof and evidence aur woh bhi uske bachpan ke dost ka khilaaf.

And we now that one day Zoya will have proof that she was right and Tanveer was the one who putted an act on all the time.

Don't know why Zoya just silently listened to Mr. Khan and apologized to Tanveer. Somehow it showed a sign of weakness from her side, but I guess she did not want the matter to get worse, hence she decided just to do what Mr. Khan wants and she knows that she will win eventually, and that he will regret for every single moment of not trusting her and humiliating her in front of his so-called childhood friend...

You know, I am a big KSG fan and that's the only reason I started watching QH. That doesn't mean I have blind faith in Asad's character. There have been times I have defended Asad but right now, I feel he has no right to undermine Zoya's self respect in front of everyone. Even when Zoya mentioned that she had found the courier package in Tanu's bathroom, he just dismissed it and insisted on an apology. It's like he felt ashamed that anyone could have accused bechari Tanu of any wrong doing. A friend who never told him she was married till yesterday- he still trusts her blindly?

Did he ever try to enquire how Tanu's factory got burnt? He is a business man and should know how to recover money from insurance companies ect. When tanu talked about her partner running the business, didn't that strike him to be odd? How could a partner run a business without consent from another partner?

My biggest proof that Asad is being blind- is KSG's statement! He has doubts about Asad's IQ so why do we want to believe otherwise???

Coming to the episode, I liked yesterdays episode. The story has begun to move. And what has happened to Asad miyan??? There was a huge and a marked improvement. He did not yell at Zoya but was way too calm and rational. That for me was a big positive!

Coming to the apology scene- I liked that scene. the angst was beautifully conveyed. Asad for the first time told Zoya that she is a part of his house - not a guest anymore- hence there is a decorum in which she is expected to behave. I do believe that asking her to apologize was not easy for him and thats why he clearly winced and closed his eyes when she was apologizing! I do not think it was because of his sympathy for Tanveer that he was closing his eye. Also the Tum kaisi ho question was because Tannu had been crying; If you see that scene, he looks at Zoya - in a very hesitating and an insecure manner - unable to meet her eye. If it had been the old Asad, he would have just not looked at Zoya.

I wonder based on his reaction today, Does Asad know something? He did not defend Tanveer at all... I think Gul is keeping it ambiguous now - She can twist it whichever way she wants - either that he does suspect Tannu or his character has progressed and he now believes Zoya a wee bit more than before.

Another positive was Dilshad. I thought she saw Tanveer smirking. if this is indeed the case, after the burns fiasco, Dilshad will surely start thinking more and try to connect the dots.

And then the Rashid googly: Wonder what his role will be. If Aapi had not been there, then I would have theorized that Tanveer will be able to break their relationship - once her truth is out, it would have been possible that Zoya herself walks out and at that time Rashid would have been her entry point to that house. I am not sure about this, cos Aapi is very much here. She is present in the precap scene. So why would Zoya go with Rashid minus Aapi if Asad and ZOya were to separate? Aapi would simply take her away back to NY.

I read somewhere on the forum that since Gul is so fond of misunderstandings it is possible that Rashid will be the cause for the next one between Asad and Zoya. The point being - Tanveer is on her way out and may go. Rashid who wants to get close to Dilshad may ask Zoya for help and hence after Tannu, he shall cause the next big MU. I hope not.

We expected Ayaan to help uncover Tanveer. Is it Rashid instead and will this be the way Zoya gets father and son close? Or will Rashid intervene and remind Asad that even while not wanting to, he is making the same mistake he had - hurting the one he loves most?

Good good, my interest in the show is slowly coming back. The story is moving and I think in the next two weeks the Nikhat-Imran-Tanveer story should finally converge. Whether the whole truth comes out or not, I want Billi to be out of the Khan mansion! Please, Gul!!
