I agree to every little word in your topic Vicky. Asad, a totally bipolar man, a loner, with no sense of love and obviously no friendship with the feeling of trust. He has issues but those issues in his own words have been subdued and Zoya has gotten the feeling of a beating heart within him. But just because he has realized a heart exists does not mean, his heart has learnt to love, trust and form relations automatically. The heart has just given birth to feelings and its going to take some time to nurture and grow.

Zoya has always been shown to be a brave girl and I am glad that aspect of her character sketch has not changed a bit. She is forgiving, kind hearted, and the sense of calm and balance in Asad's imbalanced life.

Its sad how both Asad and Zoya will have to go through a total 360 around in life to realize so many things, even each others worth and place in their life. For now they're falling in love but even they do not know how much of their entity and existence depends on the other, which is what comes blaring out in the montage. Asad looks at a calm with himself, giving his support to Zoya and borrowing the calm in his life, and Zoya, totally oblivious of the truth of her life, in a dream world with Asad knowing he'll be by her back. No matter what track, their dependence on the other is not without a reason..

Coming to Asad, I can't take it that he forgot to consider that even Zoya almost kissed death just a few minutes/hours before the cat blazed herself. He was all set to confess his feelings just before the accident and then in the hospital he acts as though like he was dealing with a stranger. From preparing for a passionate confession to act totally indifferent is quite weirdo. While directing these kind of nuances must be hitting the eye right? I mean I don't know. Just asking.

I loved the precap. Karan as always gave a mindblowing expression of his regret. I loved your justification about why Zoya feels the way she does when things come to her reaction revolving Asad. So true to her character. Lovely review Vicky.

Like you said, falling in love means you EVOLVE as a person - not changing your basic personality. Asad has fallen in love with this very modern, messy, gregarious and rebellious Zoe. Zoe has fallen in love with this very rigid, fundamentalist and opaque Asad. AsYa are in love but the evolution of their relationship is going to continue for a long time, Mutual dependence and evolution is what the montage says.

As for people saying it everyday that Asad does not deserve Zoe, well, they only prove the fears and anxieties of damaged loners true. Even in real life outside this forum, the damaged ones believe that nobody will love them , heal them and accept them as they are. Nobody is willing to work on them and reinstating their faith in love. And when i read such statements, i think that is why the world is so messed up without love.

Love is never about who deserves whom. Its about who NEEDS whom. If your heart decides that it has recognized its soulmate, it will go running to its other half. Trashing all worldly logic along the way. No matter how flowery it sounds , its true. This is how love is and this is how love should be. 😊

This is not a justification coz I honestly thought that we were done with Asad's blame game (that one actually blind-sided me) but I think Asad never realized how deep-seated her fear of fire is coz she said that she had dreams of fire but never why or if she had any experience with it. If you go back to that conversation, it was more about her parents than the fire. The fire was a really small part and she doesn't even remember it herself so that's the only thing that I can think of regarding Asad's memory loss. I don't think Asad is a jackass but I really wish he would understand and trust Zoya a little more. I think it's about time in terms of their relationship. It keeps going one step forward and then 2 steps backforward.

zoya holds a new place in asad's heart and this is the first time that asad has been inconsiderate to zoya after accepting his love when he realizes he was wrong tomm i am sure his character will develop..

the haseena-nikhat dynamic makes me feel billi's end is real since they are shifting focus to nikhat..
