Many shows on television of past and current are of Hindu families. Granted they are from different locations in India whether it is gujurat, punjab, or bengal... the serials focus on weddings and ceremonies which are relavent to the culture of hindusim. So for weddings we see sangeet, haldi, etc... Nothing new.. nothing different, nothing interesting.. nothing surprising...

WE FINALLY HAVE A SHOW ON TELEVISION depicting ANOTHER CULTURE AND RELIGION ENTIRELY. 👏 Jashn-E-Saughat.. most people never even heard of this before. I know i never have. But QH and Gul gave me the opportunity to learn about it. Upcoming Jashn - E- Bahar .. another ceremony for Muslim weddings which i never heard of but i will find out soon, as many of you will too for the first time.

BECAUSE of QH, we get to learn about the ceremonys, customs, present in not just Muslim weddings but in the Islamic culture. The backdrop, initially when the show was coming out, I had thought that even though the background till be said to be unique and different, that it will be the same old same old. BUT Gul has proved me wrong.

This show TRULY is teaching me things about Islam and i LOVE THAT about Qubool Hai.

One of the many reasons to love this show 😊

I googled Jashn-E-Bahar and the results that came up were of a song (like another commentor has already said) 😆 Couldn't seem to find anything related to Islamic Wedding Rituals!

I agree with all your points Rosh!

& eventhough i'm muslim i have never heard of all these ceremonies like Jashn e saugat etc..

& AsYa are just too hot, another reason why i love QH too

Seems like all these different ceremonies have been made up by Gul. 😆

^ Maybe they arent made up? i think it might be from a different aspect that Gul was raised in and she brought that flavor to the show?

i personlly like it a lot even if she did make it up (which i doubt) i think they are refresshing to watch.

We have had Muslim shows on TV before and I have liked all of them. The major difference is this one has a very hot couple 😳

As far as Jashn-e-Bahar is concerned, I have seen Pakistani shows where the bride wears earrings and bracelets made of flowers for a ceremony before the wedding like Zoya is wearing with the kurti. So, it definitely exists but maybe named differently.
