I think she won't fall for him but he will fall for her, Zoya may be very friendly and emotionaly dependent on him because if Asad rejects her or hurts her then Ayaan may be her support system.
Now I am all ready to watch one sided love lovestory of Zoyaan with Vikranth as Ayaan.

May be this fall is just to test chemistry between Surbhi and Vikranth and may not happen actually in the show as of now.
