new TB article: Check rules to increase buzz point

Hey QHians

Fianlly we got a TB article but we have to follow these rules to get full buzz points 200.

1) comment 3 times each

2) mention karan and surbhi full name

3) comment before 36hours otherwise comments wont count as article expires

4) share link on FB and Twitter

5) need 1200 comments for full buzz points minimum

The mentioning of the full name doesn't actually work. We tried it out on another forum before and realised that the buzz points are split equally between all those mentioned in the article no matter how many times you mention someone.
