Yes that's. a very big possibility but the question arises why would Dilshad poison Humeira or even Ayaan?
I dont see anyone except maybe Shirin buying it if Ayaan gets poisoned.

I usually fast forward their scenes 😆 I cant stand that other family, Razia is bareable because she is a good actress but even tthat cant stop me from forwarding.
