Look at it from this perspective - It is a mind game that Razia is playing. She is making Shireen the victim by using something that is not true to get at Badi Bi and pressure Ayaan into marriage. Her plan is working. Shireen won't trust Badi Bi, and the precap did show Ayaan's decision on nikah.
I hate watching these things too. They just creep me out, but when you look at how innocent shireen is and how cleverly Razia is making that into her advantage, one has to agree that she is the worst vamp ever.

I hate Shyam in IPKKND and he was just after money and wealth, this Razia is at a totally different level.
I hate her more but as an actor, she is awesome.

I enjoy watching the family scenes eventhough I love and crave for ASYA scenes the most.
QH is a family saga and people need to understand that for a good TRP and a good storyline,it's very important to focus upon all the characters of the show.
Luckily, QH has successfully managed to carry the main and the side-characters' track very well side by side and this is the major reason of it's success.
Different age groups prefer different segments in a show and a good serial is the one which takes care of all the types of the audience it caters to.CVs have done a marvelous job in this case.
