Marrying someone doesnt guarantee a visa. If she does get married to Asad she will still have to apply for a spousal/permanent residency permit which will still have to be processed and satisy all legal channels. It's not as easy as getting married to someone and there you get the visa.

If Zoya needs a Visa to be in India, then it means she is a citizen of USA. It doesn't matter whether she was born in India or not.

I was born in India but am a citizen of Canada. I too need a Visa to visit India.

If Zoya's visa expires, then she will have to leave India. So her visa needs to be extended

However 4Lions seems to have forgotten the little detail of her visa issue. I wonder if they will just let it slide or it whether they will bring it up last minute to create drama. It remains to be seen...
