Does Asad love Zoya???? - Page 2

I feel you are too judgemental - put yourself in their shoes- both Asad and Zoyas and then get so het up. Asad has never had anyone except his mom to tell him where he is going wrong and funnily enough except for saying bechari she has never sat him down to tell him more... Her orphan status, her nightmares, her burns. Asad has a very soft heart and is very caring but does not wish to be Hurt ever again... And all he can see is her constancy interfering in other people's affairs and getting into trouble- he has begun seeking her support and realises her positive side but then she goes and spoils it all by constantly trying to get the better of him! So he is unsure ...give him time! You are only seeing the negatives of Asad and the positives of Zoya- be more balanced and not so biased!

A man being a spectator of dad's cruelity n dishonesty marching against him... tooo much broad step...u see...

I think that through Asads judgmental and presumptuous attitude the creators are highlighting the fact that these attitudes are wrong. Asad is attracted to Zoya Big time but thinks he needs to be heroic and avoid her as she is 'bad' for him. In the process he fails to realize that he is deeply insulting and hurting Zoya. I hope the creators will show him overcome his warped sense of perfection for marriageable material and educate him that he needs to keep his hands and longing looks to himself if he does not intend to marry our sweet, considerate, caring, cultured, educated and absolutely gorgeous ZOYA! ( I had to put that in there for women's sake!) LOL😉

even i think, he is attracted to her and she confuses him but its def not love. He needs to fall in love with her.. value her..

He dsnt love her yet, but he cant stay away from her...an invisible string binds them and he'll realize his love for her once something major happens. In mangalpur he realized she meant a lot to him but has he mentally accepted that? no he has not. The min they got back he tried to fix the fact that he lost 'control' of his emotions.

AAK dsn't like loosing control of anything (not matter's at work, not personal issues- to the extent that he goes ahead and sets barriers e.g najma & zoya to come home on time to prevent things from potentially getting out of hand.) He is a fixer and likes to keep control at all times in order to fix & protect what he cares for and to prevent losses.

In this case he is fixing his wandering heart from possible 'Zoya invasion' and when he is saying she's not the right fit or is batameez or not marriage material, all he is doing is (even at a subconscious level) controlling his feelings for for from taking over him.

He rationalizes by instinct and is doing so even when intoxicated but he actions speak louder than his words. He is not liking this because to he feels that once you loose control you are left un-protected and vulnerable & of all the things in the world he does not want to loose his heart!

Hey Mamsa well said! For the life of me I can't understand people's issue with the she is a mis-fit dialogue. I thought that was a brillian piece of writing by Gul. It explained the conflict between heart and mind beautifully! I can't believe people find THIS unforgivable considering he has done some far more petty and terrible things. Yesterday he was honest - his absolute confusion on why he likes her haunts him. A realistic reaction from a man who clearly has abandonment issues and as you rightly pointe out a need to control his life to an extreme!

Btw op with all due respect, romantic love is not innocent or unconditional. It's fiery, passion filled, friendship and trust. Romantic love is compromise and hard work. If its not then you know it's not love.
This maybe the first time "love" is being portrayed realistically on tv.

Exactly he was being honest- upfront and honest and that is what the audiences demanded when it came him shying away from an apology - He was very straight with zoya (finally) and it was perhaps the first time he was being his true self with Zoya; the self that approaches a situation head on, analyses and nip's the problem in the bud before it gets out of hand.

To him the problem:
is his rather fatal attraction coupled with increasing feelings of affection and concern for her.
His approach:
openly weigh the facts & point out pros n cons- she is the light in his life but she is not the kind of girl he has always imagined his life partner to be.
But after debating openly with himself in the intoxicated state he could not do much! heart over mind here was so strong he got exhausted and they both fell asleep!

& new spoiler pics clearly reveal that no matter what he does his concern for her grows with each passing moment, so does his feelings. You can see pain in his eyes for Zoya as he holds her in his arm's upon fainting and screem's out her name in anguish. If that is not the realization of a deeper feeling creeping in I don't know what is.

Give it time fellow viewers- let love bloom, let feeling be put to test, let a story develop -let Asad & Zoya work hard to find each other as lovers 😊😊

I think he will learn it soon and that what makes it different from other shows...to qubool it...all person are not perfect...it's a grey touch to it...which all have as no one is perfect!!!!!
