How I see the story developing (see P9 update)

Here are some ideas of what we might see in the future:

1. Asad will never make it to court. He will be livid with Zoya and hopefully his mother will intervene and stop him from doing anything horrible to her. No more slapping please. Rashid will be released and he will return home. Asad's relationships with his mother, his father, his brother and Zoya will be strained.

2. Asad and Zoya's life will gradually return to some semblance of normality and Dilshaad and Rashid will again meet as will Asad and Ayaan...both will forget about their promises to each other as will the production house...and the doll, the little girl will take it to her home and it will return six months later...

3. Asad will ask Ayaan to pursue the matter regarding Zoya's father. Ayaan and Zoya will meet and it will be clear that Ayaan will instantly like Zoya. Asad will not care and will pass of his interest as a mere flirt.

4. Conflict ensues at the Siddiqui household...I hope that he, Siddiqui will come across the picture that Ayaan might have or that Ayaan might loose lips say something that will trigger something in his mind. The two, Razia and Siddiqui will conspire to find out more.

5. Entry of the "other girl" will serve to provide comic relief and set up Asad's engagement with Tanveer.

6. Through some means, Siddiqui will come forward as Zoya's father, she will move into the house, he will push for her to marry Ayaan - OR, it is possible, that with Asad and Tanveer getting engaged, she might agree to marrying Ayaan.

7. Here's where I am up in the air...will the PH go so far as Zoya falling in love with him? Zoya falling in love with him and marrying him? Zoya falling in love, marrying him and having sex with him? Him meaning Ayaan here. I am very up in the air here. The idea of her even falling in love with him grosses me out so the other two options are simply not palatable either.

8. Now, I think the whole mystery will drag and it will not be revealed to Zoya until much later that the murdered woman was her mother. Somewhere during this Zoya will end up returning back to Asad's house - will it be a request from Ayaan to have Asad marry her so he can remarry her? Or will she return because she loves him? There are multiploptions the PH can use here.

Feel free to suggest some ideas and things that I have missed. And please do share you feelings about how comfortable you are with the Ayaan-Zoya romance taking place.

Excellent question. If this was a US drama, we'd have her go into therapy and under hypnosis recall these events. What we also have is the issue with time-frame with Zoya's trauma taking place 20 years ago and the factory fire taking place 17 years ago. Unfortunately, such sophistication does exist on Indian shows and she will probably fall and bump her head and remember. Promos are very deceptive; they never really carry forward what they show.

2. What about asad being her support when she comes face to face with the truth?

That depends on the mood of Gul Khan. While Asad is helping her find her father; his support is very reserved and distant. A Zoya falling a part and crying has yet to find herself embraced and hugged by Mr. Japanah's six packs. When she finds out the woman was her mother (and I do like the theory that her mother might have been a servant girl whom Siddiqui fell for and left pregnant, but the story-line but it seems more likely she might have been a woman who was very rich) will Asad be there for her? I would like it and I think it would generate better TRPs, but that's really up to the PH. I can see them wanting to push this Asad-Zoya distance (and after reading their other show on wikipedia), I see the one step forward, two step back routine until the viewer is practically exhausted.

3. I think the doll would be found by either asad or zoya right before the trial

Perhaps, but if that happens and Siddiqui and Razia are caught, then they are out of the show and that doesn't leave much else left. I don't think so. I was wondering about that - who will Rashid get out without the evidence of the doll recording...and then if it was made open, then how do they keep Siddiqui and Razia on the show?

4. Zoya and Ayaan will try to stop asad from testifying but he will find out and get upset with them but then he will regret once he finds the doll

Who knows how Gul plans on this happening. One strategy is to have Ayaan go out of town, get in in trouble with Asad forced to leave town to help him taking Zoya in tow...and then getting lost in the middle of nowhere - the viewers get Asad Zoya romance at the same time.

Definite. And it will be worse if he reconnects with this wife and Najma. Rubbing salt on the wound.

6. Will zoya initiate friendship with Ayaan once she finds out the truth about her mom and dad?

Zoya is such a friendly person, of course she will even if she doesn't know this information. Plus he's Asad's brother and she's now part of the family😆

7 Ayan will be in love with zoya

I can see something like your short story happening but it will span several weeks. 😊

We saw that sign earlier on in the show where Ayaan wanted the chance to sacrifice for his brother. Not much of a sacrifice considering he was never the one who had Zoya's heart in the first place. He was a kabab mein hadi. 😆
